The property

Eagle Spa Plus (Pet) is a gorgeous reverse-level lodge set on Piperdam Holiday Park near Fowlis in Lanarkshire, with designated parking for three vehicles and far-reaching views from its elevated balcony.

Designed with space and flow in mind, this five-bedroom retreat includes en-suites throughout, a private hot tub, and a sauna for those moments when you want to pause and take it all in.

Step through the door and head upstairs, where the open-plan living area is bathed in natural light.

The kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces are arranged to bring people together, whether you're preparing a meal, sharing stories over dinner, or settling in for a film.

The kitchen is kitted out with everything needed for self-catering, and there’s a TV for entertainment.

For families with little ones, a cot and highchair can be arranged.

Downstairs, the bedrooms are arranged for ease and privacy.

Two doubles, one of which is on the first floor, and three twin rooms each come with their own en-suite, complete with walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
