With dedicated parking for two vehicles and further spaces available on site, arriving here is as straightforward as the setting is serene.

Step through the door and the hush of the trees seems to follow you inside.

The layout unfolds across a single level, with three bedrooms arranged to suit families or small groups.

One of the doubles includes an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, while the second double and a twin room are served by a main bathroom.

The open-plan living space draws in natural light, casting a soft glow across the seating area and dining table.

Whether you're preparing breakfast or something more elaborate, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed, from a gas hob and oven to a microwave, fridge with icebox, and dishwasher.

A TV offers a familiar way to wind down.

Slide open the doors and you’ll find an enclosed deck, edged by trees and furnished for outdoor moments.

The scent of pine hangs in the air, and the gentle rustle of leaves provides a quiet soundtrack to your time outside, whether it’s a morning brew or an evening chat.
