The property

Sidlaw Spa is an inviting lodge resting on Piperdam Holiday Park near Fowlis, Lanarkshire, benefitting from an enclosed decking area and a hot tub for laid-back downtime.

Start your trip with an easy arrival, with extra parking available in the park’s on-site car park, then head straight outside to the deck.

Sheltered overhead and furnished for spending time together, it’s a great place to dip in the hot tub between adventures or enjoy a pause before dinner.

Step indoors and you’ll find a single-storey set-up designed for shared moments.

The open-plan living area keeps the group connected, from chopping and stirring in the kitchen to gathering around the dining space to map out the day ahead.

The kitchen provides the key appliances for a self-catered stay, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, alongside a kettle and toaster for those quick breakfasts before you head out.

Later, the sitting area offers a relaxed spot to switch on the TV and bring the evening to a close.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible across three bedrooms: a double with its own en-suite walk-in shower, another double, and a twin, supported by a separate shower room with a walk-in shower.

Fuel and power come included, along with bed linen and towels, keeping the practicalities simple.

The wider park brings plenty to fill your itinerary.

Tee off on the 9 or 18-hole golf courses, make time for the indoor swimming pool and leisure centre, or head to the indoor playground for energetic afternoons.

There are also spa treatment rooms, archery, axe throwing, indoor segways, Nerf challenges, crazy carts, human foosball, footgolf, tennis, table tennis, pottery painting, tie-dye sessions, and themed academies, plus on-site restaurants, cafés, a shop, and a lake for a change of pace.

Free Wi-Fi is only available in the central facilities and Lochside lodges, and barbecues are not permitted on-site.

However you spend your days, Sidlaw Spa sets you up for a memorable park break.
