We stayed at the Ridgeway for a 4 night break and found it had everything we needed.
It was clean and comfortable, the site it’s on is extremely quiet, which suited us. The decking area was very secure for our dogs, so we could let them pop outside on their own without worrying. The Woodlands Retreat site isn’t far from NewQuay, and is potentially walkable, but not with dogs/children as the route is not all pavemmented and the road is quite fast. Cei Bach beach was fantastic for the dogs, very quiet and big enough that you could avoid other dog walkers if you need to. All in all, a nice stay.
Great location, peaceful and quiet, close to bus stop which we were able to use to go to Newquay and Aberaeron save having to find parking as it was such a busy time.
Lodge was perfect, clean and tidy with all the amenities we required. Lovely outdoor furniture too which we took advantage of during our stay and a great large balcony. Thank you
