Before you even step inside, the experience begins: The Larch House shares a glorious sandy beach area and a two-metre deep freshwater plunge pool with its neighbour, inviting you to paddle, swim, or simply watch the sunlight ripple across the water.
The gentle sound of laughter and splashing sets the tone for days spent outdoors.
Inside, the single-storey layout flows seamlessly from one inviting space to the next.
The open-plan area is bright and spacious, with white countertops, black fixtures, and a breakfast bar with plush stools—ideal for a quick bite before heading out for the day.
The sitting area, is a harmonious space to unwind, with a TV for relaxed evenings and large windows framing the tranquil landscape.
There is a fold out futon for flexible sleeping options in sitting room.
The sleeping quarters consist of three beautifully decorated bedrooms: a king-size room with a stylish en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC; a double room with a plush ottoman bed and doors leading out to the fresh air; and a triple bunk room, ideal for children or additional guests.
Each space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and cushy nights.
The main bathroom is a haven of relaxation, boasting a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a surfboard-shaped basin, and a WC.
The light-up mirror and wooden panels add a touch of elegance to your morning routine.
Stepping outside, you will find a front veranda with decking and furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks as your loved ones take a dip in the plunge pool.
To the rear, there is additional decking with furniture, a barbecue for those warm summer evenings, and a fridge with an ice box for keeping your drinks cool.

Our party had a wonderful time at Larch House.
The accommodation was stunning and the setting was so peaceful. We had a great time on the lake in the boat and on the paddleboard. The sunken bath was a real hit too. Fans might be a useful addition as it was really hot when we were there, but we had our own. The owners were super helpful when we contacted them. Property is a short drive into the village and there are nice places to eat. The property was clean, modern, well equipped and safe. We will definitely be back.
We had an amazing stay as a Girly group it was amazing, the host left us prosecco, water and toilet rolls.
it was bliss having an outside bath whilst watching the sun go down and the cows, we had a pizza night and cheese night. nothing was missed it was pure relaxation as well as the inside roll top bath. the underfloor heating was a lovely touch and cant wait to stay again. Host very attentive and nothing was of trouble, we enjoyed a lovely walk a long the river which led to 2 pubs in the village food was amazing. would recommend to anyone to stay.

Everything has been thought of a true home from home. We had such a relaxing time, the living room is an amazing sun trap, there are stunning river views, lovely outside sitting areas both front and back, the bed was super comfy with amazing views to wake up too! the sunken bath on the decking was bliss all 5 stars!
