The property

This three-bedroom timber lodge, is tucked away on the fringes of ancient Port Isaac in Cornwall.

Campion Lodge is the perfect coastal retreat for a group of six people or a family of six wishing to get away from it all.

Arrive to a bright and spacious open-plan living area, where you'll find the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need.

Gather with family and friends around a large dining table for six people to enjoy a hearty meal and make plans for the days ahead.

The evening can be enjoyed on the private patio in warmer months, where you can relax while the kids play.

Exploring or playing lawn games with your family is easy on the communal one-acre field that's available.

There are comfortable sofas in the living room where you can watch your favourite movie on the TV at the end of a busy day, before choosing from one of three nicely decorated rooms: a double, a twin and a bunk in which to retire.

Campion Lodge is a brilliant base for exploring this popular part of Cornwall.

Trewetha Farm

Idyllically positioned on the grounds of the owners home on the outskirts of the quaint fishing village of Port Isaac rests this superb collection of holiday homes, Trewetha Farm. Comprising two stone-built barn conversions alongside six timber lodges, all laying adjacent to a small holding peppered with farm animals and framing unspoilt views over Port Isaac Bay and the surrounding countryside, Trewetha Farm offers the perfect base for a coastal retreat. Get better acquainted with your surroundings and catch the ferry from Rock to Padstow where you can hire a bike and embark on an adventure along the renowned Camel Trail, toward the market town of Wadebridge, framing some of the most spectacular views in the county en route. Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.
