What guests are saying
We loved it, the location was excellent and the lodge itself was great, lovely and secluded.
Immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. The welcome amenity of scones, cream and jam was a lovely touch. Few minor things that could enhance the property even more. Provision of a washing line in the garden area or across the decking, we had to improvise in setting our own up, having a use of a washing machine was brilliant but only having a clothes airer for 6 of us wasn’t sufficient. Even though Oak Lodge had access to a fire pit a permanent BBQ would be a great addition. We used the hot tub daily, but not sure if it all fully works or it was our lack of knowing how to use it as not all the jets seemed to work. Finally the welcome folder could do we a refresh and modernisation, and to include some hot tub instructions. None of these things would stop us rebooking (and we will likely come back), but would enhance things further. Thank you again for a brilliant few days, we have a new love for Cornwall.
Incredibly peaceful lodge just a short drive from Falmouth or Truro.
Comfy and clean, with good facilities. Would absolutely stay here again. Our thanks to Anne.
