The ground floor also hosts two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size with a TV and an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a twin room with a TV, perfect for children or friends.

The lodge was very tired and not to the luxury standard as advertised or priced Capers frayed , paintwork chipped , floor lifting , sofa needs replacing , mattress extremely hard , grouting in bathrooms needs re doing We complained as we were so dissatisfied and we were moved thankfully to a show lodge on the Monday The original lodge was clean and hot tub immaculate it just needs a lot of TLC to bring it back to what customers expect The grounds are really nice and state close to st ives
Our stay at Clowance was lovely.
The estate is very nice with plenty to do as a family. The lodge was very clean, spacious and location was ideal! The only negative was the beds and sofa, neither of which were comfortable. The beds are very very firm and in places uneven, the the extent where we were not able to sleep or feel comfortable.
A lovely resort located in the centre of everywhere we wanted to visit.
It was disappointing that the pool and restaurant were out of use for the first three days of our stay. We did received prompt communication but feel there should have been some compensation for the loss of these facilities.
