    “The Lodge (22) is lovely and ideal for my family.”

    Very clean and all rooms were furnished beautifully with the bathroom facilities feeling high end. We were also blown away by how much equipment (whether dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensil, hand gel in the bathrooms and extra bedding etc) was available for us on arrival. Whilst there is space for 2 cars in front of the lodge if someone parks in the opposite lodge’s parking space it can be difficult to manoeuvre out, so on occasions for a second car we used one of the site car ...

    Very clean and all rooms were furnished beautifully with the bathroom facilities feeling high end. We were also blown away by how much equipment (whether dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensil, hand gel in the bathrooms and extra bedding etc) was available for us on arrival. Whilst there is space for 2 cars in front of the lodge if someone parks in the opposite lodge’s parking space it can be difficult to manoeuvre out, so on occasions for a second car we used one of the site car parks for ease which are only a 2 minute walk away The Lodge is ideally situated on a holiday park. There is lots of space between each accommodation and the site has a bar/restaurant, small shop for essentials, gym, swimming pool, escape room and football golf. We found all the people to be very friendly and helpful. The nearest village Lanivet, is a short drive away, which is beautiful and has a small shop, pub, restaurant and play area and of course Bodmin is also on your door step (Sainsburys, places of interest and to eat/drink). We felt centrally based in Cornwall, to be able to visit so many wonderful sites. On the whole we would all say Lodge 22 and Cornwall don’t disappoint, we had an amazing holiday and would recommend the Lodge as a great location to stay.

  • Note : Within the lodge there is EE wifi via a mobile device and also separately as Guest Wifi within the clubhouse, however there is no broadband onsite and network coverage is intermittent, so should not be relied upon
  • Please note: This can only accept a Saturday check-in SPECIAL COMMENTS ON RE-OPENING OF INSIDE FACILITIES PARK - Lodges re-opened last year and although the site looks good, clubhouse facilities have only recently re-opened, so see below. AUTUMN 2023 - BODMIN PARK UPDATE PARK - Lodges are open, the site looks good but see below for clubhouse changes. Inside: 16th October - Andy Bellerby Park Manager update 'The bar, restaurant and swimming pool will close on 29th October for the remainder of the season
  • We plan to keep the gym open however, this will be dependent on any further potential works that may be planned in for the main building over the coming winter months. Footgolf has also ceased trading for the winter period, as yet I don't know when the operator is planned to re-open for 2024. There are some planned development works on the park, this may start as soon as the 6th of November however, it's likely to be early January 2024
  • I'll keep you updated when I have firm details.' Outside: Fishing Lakes are open, as are: Footgolf (shut for season), Tennis Courts and Escape Room.

Bodmin 5 miles.

A small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops. The main town in the area is Bodmin, with its shopping centre and local attractions of the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project. Cornwall’s northern surfing coast and beaches are some twelve miles away, and the south coast is eight miles away. With good communication links on the doorstep to all parts of Cornwall, Lanivet is an ideal location for touring or for a simply relaxing Cornish break.

26th MARCH 2023 – BODMIN PARK UPDATE
PARK - Lodges are open, the site looks good and see below for clubhouse changes.
Inside: All facilities have re-opened the pool looks great, as does the new steam room and changing rooms. Please note the bar & restaurant are closed every Tuesday & Wednesday. Go to reception to sign in but there should be no cost for using most facilities.
Outside: Fishing Lakes are open, as are: Footgolf, Tennis, Segway and Escape Room.
