This lovely detached chalet is located within the well-maintained grounds of the Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, nestled in a quiet valley, just two miles from the market town of Liskeard.

Centrally located in the heart of Cornwall, yet surrounded by beautiful and varied countryside, this welcoming cottage is the ideal base for touring all that the South West has to offer.

As you enter the open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area, it is easy to see that it has been lovingly-furnished with comfort and convenience in mind.

There are also three bedrooms, one double, one twin and an adult bunk room, offering flexible sleeping options for all the family.

To the front of the property there's a lawned garden, as well as private parking, whilst to the rear there is a patio where you can sit and relax with a glass of something cool, after a busy day adventuring with your loved ones.

On site there is a meandering stream, as well as lovely lawns and gardens and fishing is available.

For a whole host of fun activities, jump in the car for a short drive and you'll be rewarded by the excellent Siblyback Lake Outdoor Centre, where you can try your hand at sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing, with lessons for beginners.

For more leisurely pursuits, there are also miles of walks, excellent bird watching opportunities and a lovely café overlooking the water.

A day spent in the sleepy coastal town of Looe will be the highlight of many holidays, especially if you decide to travel there by train on the Looe Valley Line from nearby Liskeard, a journey offering glorious estuary views of the river meeting the sea.

No matter what time of year you decide to visit, this lovely cottage is ideal for a Cornish holiday to remember.

The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall at the head of the Looe Valley. The town is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 9 miles away. In-between there’s fishing at nearby Siblyback Lake, the Donkey Sanctuary at St Ann's Chapel, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion International Resort. Head to the world-famous Eden Project for a superb day out with the children. Even the maritime city of Plymouth with its historic Barbican docks area, outstanding shops, theatres and restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is only 30 minutes by car.
