While making plans for the next day, you can prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, which features a two-ring hob, air fryer, slimline dishwasher, and more, and serve it at the dining table or out on the private decking.
Take a dip in the hot tub while stargazing or spend the evening relaxing in front of the wood-burning stove while watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV or watch the 70 inch TV outside in the garden.
The community area outside invites you to take in the idyllic surroundings.
Refresh yourself in the modern bathroom with its P-shaped bath before retiring for the night.
Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, that provide space for sleeping for families with kids as well as couples and friends, complete the interior.
On-site highlights include a luxurious wellbeing retreat, complete with sauna, refrigerated plunge pool, two hot tubs and private changing areas overlooking the woods.
Active guests can make use of the Padel Court, while wellness lovers will appreciate the Pilates Reform Studio, both bookable directly with the owner.
For a touch of pampering, the on-site hairdressers offer a handy solution.

This was a perfect place to celebrate and the owner was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely rebooked to go there another time. Excellent find!
Lovely getaway.
Absolutely loved the outdoor area - tv, hot tub, comfy lounger and fire pit with great views. An amazing cafe on site. Lovely cabin with comfy beds. Would definitely stay again! Small improvements- Information on how to use the hot tub would be helpful, and ensuring cleaners have dusted everywhere (such as the bed frames).
We booked here as a pre Christmas family getaway.
We knew it wouldn't be particularly busy and the weather might make certain things a bit tricky, but in honesty this is not a place to stay out of season, nor would I be keen to go in season in truth. The lodge was nice on first appearance, but felt a bit lacking in terms of thought of guests, with these breaks it's often all in the small touches. We stayed 5 days, had no change of linens or towels, no hot tub water change (resulting in very smelly water towards the end). In other places like this where we have stayed, there were family games provided to play, here there was one game of Scrabble. There was enough wood provided for one complimentary hot tub and thereafter it was £20 on site. We tried to provide our own but on the one instance we purchased from the owner, it could not have felt more like an inconvenience for him. As we were the only guests, I feel a little more effort could have been made to make us feel welcomed. The lodge wasn't particularly clean either, cobwebs in the corners of all the rooms, grease on the splashback in the kitchenette. And despite being a family, no hoover provided, one tea towel and only 3 dishwasher tablets for 5 days. The saving graces were a nice countryside view and a really lovely cafe on site with some incredible food.
