The lodge boasts two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a single, both with high-end mattresses that offer a serene space to rest after a day of adventures. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick refresh. Really enjoyed our break away in Longdon Lodge which is on a very quiet site.
Lodge was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were made up with fresh linen and very comfortable. Fresh towels were provided and even a new fan and as we had a heatwave, it was very much appreciated. Loved the fenced off garden which we sat in most evenings. Perfectly situated to explore the Cotswolds and would definitely go back.
When we arrived we we’re presently surprised the lodge was immaculately clean and looked great , we enjoyed our two week stay here mid break we met the owner and she was pleasant and had bought us some clean bedding and towels for our second week that we had requested.
Everything worked well but the oven seemed to take quite a while to cook I think there’s a gap at the top so let’s the heat out , and could of done with better pillows or thicker ones but the bed was comfortable and a few Pyrex dishes to cook things in , we had to buy some while there but other than those few issues there was nothing else to mention. Lovely site very clean met the site owner on our last day and he was also pleasant . Good location for visiting different areas in different directions.
