Long Acres Lodge

The lodge was spacious and clean apart from a few cobwebs/dust webs around the ceiling.

Plentiful supply of towels and the bedding was lovely and fresh. The pillows were cheap without much body to them and I would say the same for the cushions, it’s things such as these that can make a huge difference. The sofa had definitely seen better days and I would say it needs replacing, spending £110/night I would expect a certain level of comfort. I was also surprised that for a 4 person place there were not a few more mugs and teaspoons, basics really, as well as another coffee table as it was hard to know where to put your tea/wine. What happened to the chopping board? Having to slice a loaf and chop on the work surface is of no issue to the visitors but scratches the work surfaces. We were lucky with the weather and the lodge is warm however there were some very effective fans.

I’m 64 and came here on my own for some much needed “me” time and I have to say I felt very safe and relaxed.

On entering the lodge it was just as the pictures, very clean and well equipped. Typical of the Great British weather, it was tipping down most of the time and so was a bit nippy, but popped the heating on for just an hour and that took the chill off for the day. The kitchen had everything I needed even a little welcome pack with cleaning supplies, which was great because I forgot to bring some. The WI-FI was good, it only dipped on my last day and I think that was due to the weather. I will definitely book again and will recommend. The lodge was clean & comfortable, everything was there for our needs,lovely site.

the only issue there was no table & chairs on the patio to sit out in the sun,also a table lamp in the twin bed room would be nice.but overall the lodge & stay was fantastic,plenty to do within 30min drive.

Very comfortable Amazing utilization of space in property ,We hsd plenty of room for all our gear.

Lovely airy accommodation, modern and very clean.

The lounge area is spacious and the kitchen is modern. The bedrooms were very comfy and the site quiet and very well maintained. It was very close to lots of places of interest, particularly Stratford on Avon a favourite of ours.

Accommodation was perfect and it has everything you need. Kitchen area is small but no smaller than any other caravan/lodge, all other rooms are a comfortable size with good showers! Easy check-in key collection. It would be good to have more information on where to put rubbish at the end of stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent, super clean and well equipped

Bedrooms should be listed as 1 en-suite double room and 1 with twin beds for children.

As they are too small for adults also they were uncomfortable.

All in all this is a lovely place to stay.

It was comfortable and in a great location. The double bed was very comfortable. The site is relatively quiet despite its close proximity to a main road. Generally the lodge was clean although the cups, glasses and crockery needed a dishwasher clean before use as they weren’t up to standard and handles and surfaces were sticky and needed a further clean. Our check in was 40 minutes late as when we arrived the cleaners were still there and we were told that the last guests had “left it in a right mess!” which left us feeling a little apprehensive. The lodge does need mirrors in the bedrooms as there’s nowhere really to see to dry your hair and use straighteners other than the microwave glass. Despite the small issues would we stay here again? Yes!

This is a very nice modern lodge and Evesham has plenty of supermarkets and places to eat.

The description of the lodge as being all electric cooking is incorrect, it is gas as shown in the photos. We had pretty much everything we needed for our stay, although a dustpan and brush would have been useful, wasn't sure if I should use the vacuum on that type of flooring. An iron would also have been useful as there is a washer/dryer. A very thoughtful addition is the air cooler/fans as having stayed in another of these lodges a couple of years ago they can get a little warm in summer. The double bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here.
