Elwy 3.0 Spa (Pet)

We had a lovely stay however there were a few problems like a broken dining chair, burn marks on the carpet and kitchen floor and a bath side that was broken, the blind in one of the bedrooms were broken but the guys on site fixed it no problem.

My husband believed that the cooker hood isn’t extracting either. Apart from all those teething problems we had a really lovely stay and didn’t want to leave. The hot tub was nice and the location was amazing it delivered the most relaxing stay which is just what we wanted.

This was our second time staying on this lodge park and our first time in this specific lodge.

We liked the configuration of it and it was nice and modern with all facilities you could need. We did have issues with broken bed and blind. However, John was quick to fix both of these (and was very friendly with our children). The only feedback we have is as follows: - cleanliness of bathrooms was not up to standard. The black fixtures highlighted a lot of limescale. The bath plug was also covered in other guests’ hair. - there are no lamps in the living space so the lighting felt a bit too bright - there was no doormat as you walk into the lodge or outside the front door

The lodge was impressive and spotlessly clean. The grounds were well maintained and the hot tub was the icing on the cake for a relaxing evening. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
