What guests are saying
We really enjoyed our stay.
The lodge is cosy, clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped, with lots of basic essentials provided, as well as a lovely welcome basket which was a nice touch and much appreciated. Our host was very welcoming - he met us at the entry to the Marina to show us to the lodge and provided information on the facilities at the Marina and recommendations on places to eat, etc. The Marina is clean and well kept and has a nice community feel to it. There are also some shops, cafes and restaurants on the Marina itself. There are some lovely places to visit in the area, many of which are close by. We particularly enjoyed Kedleston Hall and Calke Abbey. Overall we had a great break and would highly recommend Beech Lodge and would happily visit again. Thank you.
