Op het eerste gezicht een fantastische accommodatie, de ligging, de sfeer van het huisje en de locatie aan het meer zijn geweldig!
Keuken redelijk compleet. Het bubbelbad is een grote plus en de rust van het meer is heerlijk. Als je verder kijkt zijn er aardig wat verbeterpunten in onderhoud en hygiene; de geur in het huis (bedompt, schimmelgeur), de rubbers van de koelkast waren beschimmeld, uit alle kasten kwam schimmelgeur, de matrassen van de bedden zijn slecht, je voelt de vering erdoorheen, de deurknop van de badkamer viel op dag 1 al van de deur af, de jaloezieën voor de ramen sluiten niet voldoende en laten veel licht door en de deuren sluiten moeizaam omdat de deurknoppen gammel zijn. Helaas was onze ervaring bij het restaurant ook niet top, zeer beperkte kaart, er waren geen pizza's of pasta's te krijgen. Wij hebben daarom voor de cheeseburger gekozen die matig in elkaar zat en vrij smaakloos was. De rekening was aan de hoge kant en bedroeg EUR 135. Al met al zijn we een dag eerder richting huis vertrokken. De locatie is absoluut geweldig, maar dat is het dan ook, voor ons geen 2e keer.
The property was lovely, very well stocked with all the equipment you’d need for your stay.
The site itself was beautifully maintained and the staff in reception were incredibly friendly. The position of the accommodation on the lake was perfect. There were a few things which let the holiday down. The bed in the main bedroom was incredibly creaky and the mattress was very thin, making sleep uncomfortable. There was a strong smell in the hallway of mould and the hot tub was left with the tap running by the hot tub guys while we were out meaning it overflowed and was too deep for our children to use. It was still a lovely place to stay and I would recommend the property.
