Spectacular views from the property.

The property was in a generally clean state with adequate facilities. We had good time there overall. Slight niggles though. No rubbish or recycling bags were left for us to use. This has been mentioned previously by someone else. We found a disposable cigarette lighter down the sofa cushions. The patio door lock works fine from the inside but very hit and miss on the outside. On two days we had to leave it unlocked as no matter how I tried it wouldn't lock. I did follow all the instructions. Others have mentioned the same problem. The above didn't detract from a good holiday however.

Amazing views from this accommodation.

The place has most of the things you need. Very friendly people in other places around the site. Could do with a bigger, sturdier umbrella for the patio. There is a picnic bench on the patio but some people might find this hard to use if not so mobile for eating outside because the design. We brought out own camping chairs so we could sit comfortable outside on the patio and enjoy the amazing views. There weren't refuse sacks for the rubbish, luckily we had one but would need more. The shower was small but good pressure and hot water. The blind in the kitchen didn't go up and down and ideally some sort of blackout blinds on the windows front to stop street light at night next to the property as well as trying to stop heat in the day if you go out, the door at the back could also deal with a blackout blind. There weren't any fans and didn't know this but would have brought a fan if we did know. The fridge only has a small freezer and kicks out a lot of heat so would add to the heat of room a bit we think. Great stay and would stay here again. Had everything else we needed.

Lovely clean accommodation, you never tire of the view, absolutely wonderful.

Parking easy and right by accommodation. Great breakfast at the cafe and nice walk to the pub for a delicious Sunday roast ( Mussel Inn ). Water taxi into Plymouth, saved driving in. Great walks along the coastal path, and nice beach for swimming. Excellent holiday.
