    “The cabin at Manleigh Park was spotless on arrival.”

    It had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. All kitchen facilities were lovely and clean and worked fine. We had an enjoyable and comfortable week.

Set within Manleigh Park in Combe Martin, Devon, 3 Manleigh Park is a delightful single-storey lodge offering a relaxing escape on the fringes of Exmoor National Park.

Surrounded by woodland and enjoying outlooks over the village towards the coast, this inviting retreat is within easy walking distance of Combe Martin’s sandy, dog-friendly beach, where families can explore rock pools, paddle in the shallows, or simply spend time by the sea.

Blending a countryside setting with convenient access to North Devon’s popular locations, including Ilfracombe, Croyde and Woolacombe Bay, it provides a great base for a classic coastal break.

On arrival, make use of the allocated parking space before heading up the steps to the lodge, taking in the surroundings as you go.

Inside, the open-plan living space offers room to cook, dine and unwind, with a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area for shared dinners, and a comfortable sitting space to relax after a day out exploring.

During warmer evenings, take advantage of the outdoor seating area, ideal for dining alfresco or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air as the sun sets.

At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike. Combe Martin has a very popular beach; the sheltered cove is perfect for rock-pooling and it is a popular paddle boarding bay. The village also boasts its own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park! Combe Martin is home to the historic Earl of Rone festival held in May each year and has an annual carnival in August. This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile.
