Couldn’t fault it at all - really lovely lodge which felt very homely.

Clean and well equipped (including EV charger which was a life saver). We have used other companies before (Darwin) but we were more impressed by this lodge! The surrounds were immaculate too including the dog field and neighbouring spots for camper vans/tents which we have recommended to our friends. Will be coming back again.

Our 3rd visit and were pleased to see it is as clean and well maintained as it was the first time.

Some lovely things left for me and a Christmas tree as well. The site was very well maintained and with only four lodges there it was very private and quiet. The lodge was beautifully clean and well maintained.

A great welcome with flowers, scones, jam, cream, cake and shortbread, not to forget milk in the fridge, a great start to the week. The accommodation was perfect, they thought of everything, a real home from home but with an amazing view you could look at for hours. I felt so relaxed by the end of the week, I didn't want to go home! Just the place if you want to unwind and shake off the stresses of a busy life.

A very clean ,comfortable lodge with a beautiful outlook of the Devon countryside. A good spot for exploring that corner of South Devon. Welcome pack and flowers a lovely touch.Would definitely return.

This well laid out lodge was perfect for us.

We stayed with my elderly mum and it was lovely to have our own separate, fully equipped bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms each with TV in both. The main living/kitchen/dining area was also lovely. It was comfortable, fully equipped with great storage and cooking facilities. The outdoor decking was spacious with compact furniture. The view of the rolling hills completed the experience and on top of that, the amazing dog field made sure that Charlie the dog had a great time too. The bedding, towels and furniture were all good quality. The lodge was clean and tidy. The lovely touches were the welcome cream tea, biscuits and milk. Even had enough cleaning equipment and extra toilet rolls which, believe it or not made a change from other holiday rentals!

What a wonderful place to stay, we felt we could live there, what a welcome stopped to buy flowers on our way, need not to have bothered some welcomed us when we opened the door, plus a goodie basket on the table.

Sainsbury just about a mile down the road, we were sad to go home. Susan is so lovely and works so hard. Thank you so much for sharing Bluebell Lodge, We have already booked to come back for 2026 John, Rosetta and Poppet

This is the most beautiful property.

Well planned with identical master suites (complete with dressing room) at each end of property. The views and sunsets are wonderful. The new dog exercise field also has great views.

2nd time staying here.

They cater for every need. It was great to meet the owners, so nice and helpful. If you want a quiet holiday this is the place to go

Bluebell Lodge was everything you could wish for in a holiday retreat.

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, the most amazing views and so peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive to the beautiful town of Dartmouth. We would never normally return to the same holiday cottage as we like to explore other places but we will definitely return to this one as we had the most relaxing holiday. The welcome pack of a beautiful cream tea, and some Easter eggs added to the warm welcome the host gave us.

This is a totally awesome property to stay in and so convenient for Dartmouth and the surrounding area.

The views are great and very peaceful at this time of year (March/April). Definitely recommended to all our friends and family, we will return again.

Excellent holiday lodge in a peaceful beautiful setting.

The location is perfect just a few minutes drive into Dartmouth. The lodge is perfect so warm and toasty in the recent storm. The welcome hamper was a happy surprise from the owners who were at hand if you needed anything. We will definitely book this lodge again. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful lodge very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed in quite a few lodges/cottages and bluebell lodge is certainly one of the best. Lovely countryside views and very quiet location.

Every thing we might need was there, well thought out, the treat of a cake, biscuits, clotted cream, jam and milk was a love supersize and welcome for us, not to mention some fresh flowers. The area of the site was well thought out and maintained with lovely wild flowers, electric car charger and private parking area.

The lodge was perfect, everything you needed was provided.

The property is very well equipped and has views over the valley. Its very convenient for visiting Dartmouth and the surrounding area. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Everything we could want.

The lodge was perfect from furnishings setting view and location. The owners had left scones with clotted cream and jam plus fresh milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The bedrooms were identical and a decent size with walk in wardrobes and the kitchen was well equipped with an air fryer and even a wine fridge. Patio furniture on the veranda meant we could enjoy the peaceful scenery and there was even an electric charging point. Can't recommend this property enough. Only issue was trying to find it. A little more signage would be helpful
