Trevinny Lodge No 37

A thorough clean and maintenance of several items would make a massive difference!

The lodge could easily be brought up to five stars but the lack of attention to detail, basic cleaning and repairs let the lodge down.

There are a few things that need addressing.

The kettle lid and the wobble toilet seat. The bedding had holes in it and was a grey colour (should have been white) We did have a wonderful few days.

Lovely cosy cottage.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Very peaceful setting. Owner quick to response to queries. Would definitely return.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property.

The accommodation is perfect for my needs and has everything I require. The location is very peaceful and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at Trevinny Lodge No 37.

A comfy bed, nice decor, very homely and all the facilities we needed. We would definitely recommend and will consider staying again. We also found some lovely pubs/bars/restaurants and it is well situated to go up or down the North Cornwall coast and visit wonderful places like Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel and Wadebridge.

Property lovely Only thing is that there is not enough seating for 6 adults to sit around comfortably in tne lounge area

Lovely lodge - a revisit in the diary!

When we arrived the Kettle had no lid handle.

The footstool was damage. Apart from this everything else was ok.

Looks at though the place some much needed TLC For the 'August premium selling price' that this cottage was selling for - there is a lot of little things that the owner(s) need to address and update as as it felt a lot of high use items are just waiting to fall apart If I owned the place I would charge slightly less for a place if needed as much TLC during its peak months or address all the issues and justify the premium that is being charged for those peak month times

quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay , cleaning could be of a better standard, oven distractor fan not working and overfow in bathroom needs maintenance. Also Windows could do with a clean

A lovely, well equipped, very clean property.

Squeaky floor boards, and the sofas were well worn - the one in front of the sideboard could do with planks under the cushions the same as the other one. Lighting in the seating area is very poor - not good for reading or doing hobbies. But thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful home from home Trevinny Lodge No37 was!

After zooming around North Cornwall all day to come back to warm, cosy comfort was a joy! The weather was superb all week so we only put the heaters on 1 evening and had the French doors open for the rest! Very quiet area and pretty!! The bed was amazing and loads of towels etc! The knives were really sharp which is a real rarity and excellent to use!! Perfectly located within 20 mins of everywhere we visited!!

We had a wonderful stay at Trevinney Lodge.

The perfect base for exploring North Cornwall - Tintagel and Boscastle are both nearby. Would definitely book again, and already miss the sound of the cows having their morning conversations in the field next door!

Very happy with our stay here, it was calm and peaceful with great scenery, a great place for a family to relax and enjoy their holiday.

The lodge was clean and comfortable and roomy for a family of 4, just what was needed for a break away. It was also in an excellent position for exploring North Cornwall. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic base to explore Cornwall.

Very clean on arrival. Everything you could need was available. Great use of space; small but didn’t feel small. Ground floor bedroom and wet room was great for dad.

Our stay was lovely, we would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Property was cosy and very clean, location very remote and beautiful. The only downfall was some morning noise from nearby road, but not that busy so all good. We would love to revisit some day.
