We had a wonderful 4 nights in the lodge.
It was really comfortable and in a stunning location. The hot tub wasn't working on our first night but the site kept us fully updated and had it fixed for the next day.
Had to spend half an hour on arrival picking up Dog mess around the Grass where we intended to sit, Called to the office to inform that missing cushions to the seats outside and that one seat was broken, Advised that someone would come and sort these issues, Yet None came until the following day.
My wife was greeted by a growling dog the second morning and another pile off Dog Poo, went to office and advised that its an owners dog and it should be on a lead and she was going to call them. We wanted a chilled time away before My Daughter returned to her Exams & Unfortunately this didn't happen.
Excellent stay, would definitely return here
