“Unfortunately, the cottage didn’t have Wi-Fi as described therefore we couldn’t stay in the property as this along with taking our dog is our only other main requirement when we go away to relax.”
Very disappointed with the lack of response for a refund and having to take legal action for this reason as the advertising is a misrepresentation of what is true.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. However, we’d like to clarify that the property does have Wi-Fi, and we were actually present when you successfully connected to it during check-in.
We understand how important certain amenities can be when choosing a holiday let, and we strive to ensure all descriptions are accurate and up to date. If there were any connection issues during your stay, we would have been happy to assist if given the opportunity.
We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly, and we’re sorry to hear you felt this was not the case. Please feel free to get in touch directly if you would like to discuss this further.
