WOW just WOW what a fabulous bungalow!

So clean and comfortable the beds were amazing and the kitchen equipment well we had absolutely everything we needed and all of it was pristine not like some let’s we have been to! I have already booked for March and again next September the decking with a gate was an added bonus as we could leave the door open without worrying about the dogs wandering off thank you so much for a wonderful holiday I would highly recommend this bungalow to anyone

This property is ideally sited for visiting Cornwall.

There are leisure activities on site for rainy days. Bed and sofa were comfy, heating and hot water availability excellent. Bed linen and towels good. Welcome cream tea and wine was appreciated alongside tea/coffee/milk after a long journey. Couldn't get WiFi working but I didn't need it. View from balcony and front room lovely over the trees. Front area fenced in. Parking and waste disposal convenient. Plenty of dog waste bins dotted around if you walk your dog around the park....which was looking pretty with primroses everywhere.

When we arrived there was no internet so contacted the maintenance they said it was not there problem so contacted Sykes and they said they would contact the owner heard nothing next day contacted Sykes again same thing they would contact the owners again nothing no Wi-Fi for the whole week with 2 children unhappy no Netflix on the television using our own login.

Wonderful bungalow , very well equipped, lovely beds , a great place to stay , would definitely return.

We left our holiday on Tues 10th, several days early due to the smell and condition of the bungalow.

The damp smell was overwhelming, we went to Tesco and bought air fresheners, didn't help much. The wooden flooring was damaged and lifting in places. The electrics need updating as ever socket had extension leads running from them, which is dangerous. The bed was coming apart in the master bedroom, the handle in shower is full of mold. The general impression was dated and unclean

The bungalow was very comfortable.

I did telephone the owner as the dishwasher was not working and 15 minutes later a man was in looking at looking at it, excellent service. We will go back there again.

Well equipped bungalow, with some little extras that you don't usually get, which actually made a lot of difference.

The little welcome pack was a lovely touch also. It made a great base for our adventures, and I found the kitchen easy to cook in, with all the utensils I needed. We would definitely recommend it and stay again if we were to come to that area again.

Nice bungalow, but needs really some maintenance in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

For example, the taps, locks of bathroom and toilet, sealant edges, drawer of cupboard in a bedroom. In terms of equipment, more larger pans are desirable. The current pans are too small to make food for 6 people. Vegetables, potatoes and meat for 6 people do not fit in the current pans. So, for example, a larger (and newer/better) frying pan to roast meat or a wok pan to make a spaghetti sauce, for example.

Very clean, very comfortable and had most of the household supplies we needed.

Nice outside seating area as well, even though we didn't have much chance to use this due to the wet weather. Great location too with the onsite shop, pub and pool areas. Play area at the front was also great for the kids to make friends and play. The food is the pub is great too, we ate there most evenings. The cream tea, wine and flowers was a lovely welcome treat. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely holiday, well stocked and clean accommodation.

We appreciated the welcome pack and fresh flowers. Owners were easy to contact if needed. The site was very quiet, the pub on the grounds, provided tasty meals with friendly staff. We went for a walking holiday and the Tamar area did not disappoint.

Lovely cottage, clean and well-stocked with bedding, towels and everything needed for short-term living.

A warm welcome given complete with scones, jam, clotted cream and Procesco. Communal facilities fab with welcoming reception team. Would only suggest looking to upgrade to a Smart TV for ease of connecting devices to watch your own films.

The bungalow is very well equipped for holiday stays, lots of kitchen items, cleaning products and overall very comfortable and homely.

The downfall is the bathroom, both my girls were looking forward to having soaks in the bath (only a shower at home currently), but the bath takes a considerable amount of time to fill with the hot water only lasting for approx 1 minute before this stops. We called the owner to be told this was normal and the shower was electric so to use this instead, however the shower jumped from extreme hot temperatures to freezing cold regardless of the settings used. The TV had low or poor signal the whole time, which prevented us from watching any other channel than BBC 1 without it cutting out all together or looking at a black screen every few seconds. The bungalow is a great base for families to explore Cornwall, and situated in a lovely spot for children to play on the play area, whilst always being in eyes view. With a few adjustments this would be perfect for all to enjoy. We booked for the week so the lack of shower & bath really affected our enjoyment of the bungalow.

The accommodation was lovely and the site was very friendly,had everything we needed.

Only problem we had was they changed the sleeping arrangements in bedrooms so caused a little embarrassment as there were 5 ladies sharing and 2 had to sleep together, but this may be better for families

The apartment was beautiful and to satisfaction.

The only thing is, no wifi as stated before booking. The welcome package were satisfactory for me. Keep it up

This bungalow was well equipped, I mean the best we’ve been to had everything we needed and more.

It’s a lovely site the pool is a real treat for the kids and having a friendly pub on site was amazing. Peaceful and well maintained with a play park right in front of the bungalow! We all had a wonderful time and the beds were so comfortable and the shower good. Really could not ask for more! Thank you!

The pictures online don't show the updated interior and it was a welcome surprise to have a A modern comfortable living area and bedrooms.

The proseco and scones were very much appreciated.

Absolutely loved staying here, would definitely recommend and will hopefully be booking again.

We had a really lovely stay, had everything we needed and more!

Was on a lovely site too, with use of swimming pools, restaurant, gym and games room. Great location for places to visit too. All in all cant fault anything we really enjoyed ourselves x

We had a lovely chilled weekend.

Everything was there that we needed, even things we didn't think would be, which was great. Really easy to book swimming and one time we even had the pool to ourselves! Beds were comfy and heaters ensured the place was nice and warm. Was extra nice to be literally next to the park, so the kids could play outside in the rain while us adults watched from the window in the dry! And after a 2 and half HR drive ended up being 5hrs, due to traffic, a prosecco cream tea was exactly what was needed to start our holiday off better!

Accommodation was excellent, but found it a bit off the beaten track for shops, overall a very pleasant time.

Although the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed the holiday park and found the staff to be very friendly.

Our owner was very helpful in making sure we got there ok and responding to an issue we had following a storm. Many thanks too for the cream tea & Prosecco which welcomed us to the cottage.
