Excellent value for money owners very helpful when we had a problem with the heating came over to help so kind it was spacious for 7 of us loved the pool had a lovely time when the weather was not so good would recommend to families

Not what I expected at all.

Misleading advert(8 cottages on site...more like a village). We spent the 1st hour or so getting g nearly 30 spiders out of every corner. My autistic son had a huge melt down and refused to stay.i wasn't amused either. It wasn't a great start. Then we kept getting lots more during the stay as the door and windows weren't flush(need updating badly). The over all lay out and space was good. Down stairs bedroom smelt damp and clothes felt damp that were stored in there. Over all not I.pressed. outside pool was tiny, everything needed booking.finalised by torrential rain on leaving and walking through deep puddles to the car with our cases. Couldn't wait to get home.

We loved our stay.

And we would stay again. We know when we booked the property needed some modernising, but that didnt bother us. The only thing is the property could do with a new mop and brush.

Property very tired.

No hot water for 3 days due to being switched off in a position nobody could see.l am sure that a safety officer was to visit property he would find electrics not checked for 5 years,no safety rail front step.All together not at all like brochure.I suggest Sykes review prices on this property. We left early because we needed a comfortable bed and good washing facilities. In future we will consider booking with a different company.

Just the get away we needed from the norm.

Property is a bit tired but comfortable not a lot on site so went out most days but we enjoyed our stay

Absolutely fantastic place, with everything you need, very clean and comfortable, and in a stunning part of Cornwall.

Lovely stay apart from weather the lodge was above expectations - spacious , bright Was really impressed with home from home kitchen equipment- what ever we chose to cook you had enough tools pans and plates to accommodate.

Loved it would come back if there again

The house has everything you need and is very spacious, the bedrooms are very good size, only downside is that it's very noisy, you can hear everything when someone is walking or using a tap or bathroom.

Owner goes above and beyond to help.

We had a lovely weekend at this property.

It was perfect as our party consisted of four couples as we were attending a family wedding not too far away. The property is spacious and perfectly situated with wonderful views. Would like to inform future guests that the hot water switch is in the upstairs twin bedroom on the wall and that the TV needs to be put in UK mode as was on the Netherlands. It took some working out but we got there eventually. Also that there is an iron and ironing board. I contacted both Sykes and Booking.com asking this but didn't get a reply from either. Just small things but it would've helped us. Last thing to mention is the food at the bar on site was lovely, if we had time we would have liked to have returned.

Was comfortable and homely.

Well stocked kitchen. Downstairs twin bedroom is a bit cold and could have done with thicker duvets and only one draw is accessible in the chest, but nothing is perfect and the view made up for this.

Perfect for what we needed, facilities (pub pool etc) could do with some TLC, booking system for pool use is rubbish Apart from that all good

Owner of the property couldn't have been more helpful.

Offered to bring games over for rainy days. Checked if needed fresh linen and towels. Ideas on days out for different age groups, really lovely. Amazing morning views. Perfect base camp for our holiday!

It's a lovely house with everything you need in it.

Beautiful sightseeing and places to visit. We loved the food and the trips. The owner of the house is very helpfull and kind. The park is nice and quiet and the facilities where very nice for our teenagers, especially the room with the pool and football and table tennis table.

We needed somewhere close to Callington and this was a perfect location.

We didn’t use any of the facilities but the whole area was quiet and clean. The house was well kitted out and had everything we needed for the stay.

Very comfortable beds.

Plenty of space for a family. Some things could be improved but it looks like some have already been done.

The cottage was lovely and very spacious.

It could have done with a washing machine especially having the pool on site and although it sleeps 8 there wasn't seating for 8 in the lounge area. We did have a lovely week and it made a good base for our days out. Loved the onsite facilities. All made for a good holiday.

This holiday was the best UK holiday we've had.

The house was perfect for us, our family & little dog. The location of the house is brilliant, lots of days out within the hours drive. The site is fantastic.. we couldn't believe how relaxed and fab for the kids it was. Facilities are great.. really wish the pools we're open earlier and later as we had to cut out days out shorter if we wanted to go swimming between 9 and 5.. and the games room and tennis are only available whilst reception is open which I believe is 9 until 5. Pub was fab, great entertainment, staff were lovely and helpful, we enjoyed lots of meals out in the restaurant.. always fab food. Little shop for any essentials was great. The house was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, patio out back great for our little BBQ, nice picnic bench and separate bench for extra seating.. the VIEW from the back of this house is to die for. Waking up to that every morning was a blessing.. house was well equipped and had a lot of things that we brought as we thought it wouldn't be there e.g kitchen scales, etc , but that's fab means you can pack less :) feels like home & we will all miss it. House owner is fantastic and would go the extra mile for anyone, very helpful (my car battery died the day I was due to leave & owner helped with jump leads she had in her car - very thankful as it got us back home safe.) Overall - amazing.. sad it went so fast ! X

Place is ok, no enclosed space for dogs to walk/run on site pool was very nice and food from restaurant was good

Very quiet area, no real sounds of traffic or people.

The rest of the holiday park were respectful, no loud garden parties/music given the weather was fantastic for a few days. Enjoyable stay.

Dartmoor 2 was really well equipped, literally had everything you needed. Would definitely book again.

Honicombe is a lovely park with good facilities and nicely laid out with pleasant staff.

The park is well situated in Cornwall with beautiful surroundings and perfect for trips to the river and sea.

Lovely property plenty of space and so well equipped, the lady that owns the property is so lovely, we took dogs and they were also so well catered for, we were extremely pleased and comfortable there and all of us have said how we would love to return again

We were disappointed at the lack of recycling facilities on this site(no fault of house owner), which seems to be the norm for Cornwall.

Countrywide sites provide bottle and paper banks. Our host Debs, visited to ensure all was OK, and offered to revisit if there was a problem. Good service. Everything was as expected.

Accommodation was sub standard.

Needing cleaning on arrival, Food left from previous tenants, Fridge swimming in milk, soft furnishings smelt damp and of dog, bbq rusty unable to use, windows covered in sticky hand prints, dirty floors and food found on table mat. Would never book with Sykes again.

The cottage was amazing, well equipped kitchen, and a very spacious cottage.

It had all the comforts of home, and a lovely relaxing space in the garden. All the bedrooms were lovely and relaxing with space to pack clothes away. The twin room were very good, there were plenty of space for the children to play and have their own space. It was also pet friendly and for the the dog to roam free about the house. Highly recommend, the owner of the property was an amazing lady, cant thank her enough.

Sara was a fantastic help we had arrived at our let by another supplier and couldn’t access the property!

Sara calmly found us a property close by within our budget that took two dogs as well and we drove to it and enjoyed our holiday after a really bad start. Sara even rang us at 8pm when she was due to finish work to check we were ok and that the property worked for us. Can’t get better service than that! Note to selves to use Sykes at all times in the future when booking a holiday let. Thank you so much.

The site was very clean and friendly and we used pools, gym and restaurant.

Food was lovely and not to badly priced. Would definitely go back and all round very pleased with the price we paid.
