Is a quiet, lovely and peaceful place in the middle of the nature.

A good base to visit Cornwall and Devon. The property has everything we needed for a five days stay. Is a clean and spacious place that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Julie and Steve are lovely and always ready to help. We'll be back again.

The description is as displayed on the website, however there were a few let downs from the start.

I have read all the reviews and always keep an open mind. Upon arrival we were met with a musky smell and fish smell upstairs. We opened all doors and windows and the fish smell soon went, however damp stayed throughout the stay. We got rid of it on the evening by using the plug in radiators but lodge got far too warm which made sleeping uncomfortable. I noticed a revie from this time last year which then stated the boiler was broken which meant no central teal heating, we had the same note left but no advance notice of this issue. This caused the towels to stay damp throughout the holiday even when using the airer and plug ins. Don't get me wrong nice little lodge but when the week was raining a little heat would have gone along way. Apart from this a good stay but afraid it was our only stay here as it he site was a little ran down. Thank you for sharing your lodge though and hope you can address the damp issues in the near future.

Running Waters is a nice property situated in a lovely setting within the holiday park.

There were 3 adults and 3 children in our party and the accommodation provided us all with a comfortable base from which to explore Cornwall and Devon. The children really enjoyed the on site swimming pool. All in all a good holiday.
