A nice property with huge potential on a lovely site with great facilities.
Sadly cleanliness was very poor. we had to buy bedding for the first night of stay as it was all dirty. Housekeeping was unable to get to us to replace that day so was forced to go out and buy bedding ourselves. We had multiple marks on towels, bed linen was dirty, smelt and had hairs in. Looked like the bedding had not been changed. House keeping arrived first thing the next morning to replace. Would i stay here again, sadly not. there are many choices of accommodation on this lovely park so i would choose another. the two double beds were really uncomfortable, lumps, bumps, could feel the springs. Got used to it after the first couple nights, but would highly recommend getting them replaced. We enjoyed are stay overall, visiting all the local area, we were just dampened by the lack of cleanliness and comfort from the beds Tavistock and Morwelham quay were are favourite spots we visited Sykes too have yet to email back with feedback, i have sent an email to the team with pictures of all bedding and towels that were dirty. No reply from them and no mention of any compensation for the bedding we had to purchase. This is disappointing all round.
