Bordeaux
Description
Bordeaux is a well-presented retreat set within the popular Ladram Bay Holiday Park, offering sea views, modern interiors and everything you need for a relaxed coastal escape. Perfect for couples, small families or a group of up to four, it’s a lovely base for enjoying the dramatic Jurassic Coast and the brilliant on-site facilities. Inside, the open plan living area is bright and inviting, with two comfy sofas and French doors that open onto the veranda, framing those calming sea views. It’s a great spot to unwind after a day exploring, whether you’re enjoying a film on the flat screen Freeview TV or simply settling in with a cuppa. The adjoining kitchen and dining space is well equipped with all the essentials, plus a dining table with four chairs for relaxed mealtimes. The main bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a double bed, over bed storage, fitted wardrobe, vanity area and an en-suite cloakroom, with enough space to fit a travel cot comfortably. The twin bedroom is ideal for children or friends, with two single beds and handy storage. A sleek family shower room completes the layout. Outside, the veranda is the star of the show, furnished for relaxed mornings with a view, evening drinks, or simply watching the world go by. Bordeaux also enjoys its own patio area with additional outdoor seating, giving you even more space to make the most of the fresh coastal air. Allocated parking sits conveniently to the side of the property. Ladram Bay’s extensive facilities are just a short walk away, offering plenty to fill your days. The park’s private sand washed pebble beach is a real highlight, ideal for rock pooling, paddling, kayaking or soaking up the sunshine. Families will love the heated indoor pool, splash zone, soft play, adventure playgrounds and Jurassic themed adventure golf, along with a full programme of activities and evening entertainment.
Dining is a pleasure here too. Pebbles Restaurant offers superb food with panoramic coastal views, while the Beach Shack provides easy bites, drinks and watersports hire. Beyond the park, this stunning stretch of the UNESCO-listed Jurassic Coast is perfect for exploring on foot, with miles of spectacular coastal paths leading to hidden coves, cliff top viewpoints and charming seaside towns. If you fancy a day out, you’re spoilt for choice. Try Sidmouth, Bicton Gardens and Otterton Mill for some unforgettable outings.
Whether you’re planning lazy beach days, coastal walks, family adventures or simply a peaceful getaway, Bordeaux offers a lovely place to call home during your stay at Ladram Bay.

We had a lovely stay at Bordeaux.
The caravan was spotlessly clean in a wonderful spot looking down across the site from the veranda to the sea view. Janet the owner was super friendly. Unexpected finishing touches included a bottle of wine, box of chocolate biscuits and fresh flowers. The site had everything you need for a family holiday. Fantastic base for exploring that area of Devon, including Exmouth, Sidmouth and Seaton, as well as many smaller picturesque villages. Would definitely recommend.
Had a wonderful stay here for a week.
Caravan is beautiful and modern with a perfect Homeley touch everything you need is there, great garden and patio to enjoy and decking overlooking the bay. The site has its own beach and on our stay we had great weather everyday so we couldn't of asked for more beach days, walks and dinner on the evenings outside. Special thanks to the lovely owner Janet for making this trip extra special through her warmth and special touches. Highly recommended and a place we will most definitely return to.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Bordeaux.
Its location couldn't have been more perfect with views over the holiday park out to sea. The veranda was a bonus, but it is a sun trap and a parasol or awning would make sitting out more pleasant. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, but I've given it 4 stars rather than 5 as instructions to work the appliances and heating weren't readily visible and there was no indication as to where they could be found. On a more positive note, the host was very welcoming and left us a bottle of wine and biscuits – thank you!
