Lovely cottage with modern facilities and amenities.

Quiet location with stunning views of rolling hills. Very clean presentation and so nice to see the basics (toilet rolls and milk in the fridge) provided and also some tasty treats and flowers - a thoughtful touch that was so pleasing after a long drive from North Wales to be able to sit and have a cuppa and cake. Located not too far from Dartmouth and Totnes and a local supermarket just a short drive away. Comfortable beds and sofa with a cozy atmosphere. In all, a fantastic accomodation for a realistic price.

We were a bit worried about how warm the cake would be being a new year booking But we're very surprised how cozy and warm the chalet was.

the welcome pack was exceptional.there was a Christmas tree as well.the chalet was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Every thing was there you could need for a break.a very modern design the location was perfect beautiful views and a nice quiet atmosphere. The chalet far exceed our expectations and would definitely recomend a stay here.i would like to thank the owners for a job well done.

A lovely property.

Modern and clean interior, spacious and a proper kitchen! The site itself is very quiet, no disruptive drunks staggering around that you’d find on the bigger sites! Lovely views to the front and side and a lane to the right of the site that leads down to the estuary and a great walk. 2 minutes drive from Park and Ride, Sainsbury’s and Lidl, 10 minutes from the town. I parked for free along the road leading up to Dartmouth Castle and it’s a short and pleasant walk into the town but only do this if you are comfortable with small lanes and able bodied for walking up a hill. I’d definitely book again to stay with my kids as a much more budget friendly option compared to the expensive properties in the town centre

A greet place can now see the view advertised The wooden bed squeaked every time I move so I sprayed WD40 stopped the squeaking.

It in not very stable i understand the reason of the design but to be secured to the wall Shower is ok needs a water pump Paint coming off the wall by sofa Aldo you should put in one or two slim built In wardrobe as the closes hook to high for some and fall off when you shut the door All do able and just makes more extra special Many thanks Martin

Really lovely accommodation, idea location with views across the fields.

Very peaceful and nice that it’s just by entrance so didn’t have to drive through to find it. Well equipped with everything that we needed and spotlessly cleaned. Welcome pack was amazing thank you. All four of us said it’s a place we could live as so lovely. Hope to return soon

we felt very welcome from the start of our stay. welcome baskets were wonderful so many thanks. no complaints at all. we were blessed with the weather apart from the last two days. perfectly placed chalet . so peaceful on the right side of the estuary. Dartmouth, Slapton sands and Torcross nearly on the doorstep. .beautiful places. many many thanks to the lovely owners.

Needs a deep clean.

Shower area okay but needs new grouting. The plastic shower mat was filthy. Cupboard in lounge looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. Leather sofa was comfy but area between the 2 seats was dirty. Outside of chalet was also dirty and rusted railing and garden furniture needed painting.

The pictures do not do this place justice, it was a very welcoming place to stay, with little treats as a welcome too.

The owner is lovely, fixing a miner maintenance problem very quickly. I would definitely go back to the same place again if in the area. Thank you for having us.

This property was as advertised and was very acceptable for our requirements.

We had everything we needed available to us for a home from home. The welcome pack was a very nice touch especially after a five/six hour journey from Hertfordshire. When the water was stopped due to works by the local water board with no warning the owner made sure we had water to drink and to make hot drinks.

Spotlessly clean, plenty of space, good size lounge tv with excellent reception and comfortable seating. Sensible heating and plenty of hot water. Good sized shower with sensible grab rails too. Pleasant surprise of practical welcome basket of goodies. Would recommend for a good holiday with lovely Dartmouth within easy reach.

Very comfortable, well equipped and situated in a quiet corner of the site. Welcome hamper was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated and very much enjoyed!

A lovely clean property, and bedrooms ideal for a couple or couple with two young children.

Nice bathroom with large shower area, and this year we found the switch to illuminate the bathroom mirror. !!! ( underneath at back bottom right, a rubber button) Well equipped kitchen and dining area with lots of space, and the food pack and flowers made a welcoming touch. Thank you.

The sheets that were out on the bed were not big enough for a double bed, every night and morning we had to remake it to try and stretch the sheet over both side of the bed.

Rather uncomfortable! Otherwise every else was satisfactory. We were lucky with the weather!

Clean site, which would benefit from a cafe/bar.. This property was clean and tidy with all essential items you need for a self-catering holiday. We had a lovely gift basket which the owner left to welcome us, really nice touch. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than we booked for due to illness.. we would use Sykes again in future.

Lovely chalet,nicely decorated and everything we needed, The welcome basket was a nice surprise,stayed 2 weeks and a second lot of goodies arrived on the middle Saturday which was unexpected,have stayed on Norton park every year since 1990 so used to the area ,weather was atrocious but nothing anyone could do about that, It was in a nice quiet spot wish we could have made use of the outdoor seating,maybe next time weather permitting

What a great chalet!

Clean and comfortable with flowers and cake left for us on arrival. Very well equipped, TVs in every room if you want them and 2 hairdryers and an iron! The park is quiet and the view is amazing. We had 1 small issue with the TV which was dealt with promptly. I would thoroughly recommend 201 Norton Park.

This was one of the best holiday chalets my wife and I have stayed in, it was exceptionally clean, very well equipped and boasted lovely views over the countryside.

There was a lovely welcome pack and flowers, fresh milk and cream in the fridge, tea bags and coffee all very welcoming, and I would recommend this chalet to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's holiday at 201 Norton Park.

Sorry I cannot write any positive review for this chalet.

It was far too small for 3 adults and 2 children (the photos are misleading). There was no washing machine, not enough pots and plates. The view from the living room is a parking lot and another chalet. Water pressure in the shower was very low. We left early as with 2 small children constant clothes and dish washing weren't fun. It did not worth the money we paid and definitely would not return or recommend it.

Had a brilliant week here in August, visiting beautiful towns and beaches.

Close to so many. Woodlands theme park just down the road. The place was immaculate and so great that it had everything we needed even towels and bedding!beds were comfy and they even left a nice hamper with milk, cake and biscuits. Would recommend. From a family of 4

The owners left us welcome pack of food items and fresh flowers which was a lovely gesture and made us feel at home. We would love to return in the future.

Lovely clean Chalet on a hill looking over fabulous views only negative was no WIFI

The chalet was well stocked.

The bed was super comfy. Everything was as described. There were little extras left for us on arrival, flowers, cake, strawberries and cream. This was lovely. The chalet is well located.

I had a very pleasant two weeks in this property.

On arrival I found a welcome basket containing a bottle of wine, a cake, biscuits, strawberry jam, scones and milk and fresh clotted cream in the fridge! How thoughtful. The property was warm and comfortable and easily catered for my needs. TV's in all rooms, an excellent bath/shower room and good sized kitchen area.I used it mainly as a base whilst I was walking the South West Coast Path. The property is ideally situated for all attractions on the West side of the river Dart. It is just out of town, but not too far, and is close to at least two good sized supermarkets, a petrol station and the town Park and Ride facility. It is also ideal for the coastline to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and beyond, and inland to Dartmoor. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to other holiday makers.

The chalet was of a high standard in every respect.

It was warm, spotlessly clean and very well furnished with a cosy feel - small but perfectly formed! Being on a hill it had good views and the numerous windows provided plenty of light. The welcoming basket exceeded all expectations - cream teas, sponge cake, shortbread, wine and several basics. Sue & John are to be congratulated.

The property was beautifully presented, clean and tidy upon arrival.

The walk-in shower was great, we loved the tiling particularly. The kitchen was lovely and the basket of goodies left by the owners was much appreciated. The position of the property gave fantastic views of open countryside, and the small patio area was delightful in the afternoon/evening. The bed was comfortable and warm and the double glazing kept wind noise to a minimum on the two windy nights at the end of our stay. The location was perfect for going to Dartmouth town and ferry access to go to neighboring towns, beaches, etc. I did leave a short note for the owners to let them know about a couple of extremely minor issues which had no effect on our stay at all. I hope we can stay again another time, and will be recommending to friends as soon as we see them.

Nice owners lots of extras well done

The chalet we booked was exceptionally well renovated, well equipped and extremely comfortable.

The location, a mile or so outside Dartmouth, was perfect especially with the park and ride close by thereby avoiding the need to park in the town. The welcome pack provided by the owners was brilliant and, in addition to some basics, included wine, a lovely sponge cake and a cream tea to two.

201 Norton Park is a wonderful holiday destination with great facilities and a superb location.

Absolutely amazing.

Chalet was beautiful, everything was brand new and home from home. Comfy beds, tv in all rooms, lovely clean kitchen and bathroom. would definitely recommend and go back. Perfect location. Absolutely brilliant holiday. The only thing I would say is there was no toaster and a broom to sweep the floor rather than the vac. Absolutely amazing holiday. 10/10

From the moment we arrived everything we could need was already there, plus we were left a welcome basket with bread jam milk scones butter clotted cream and a cake.

It was the icing on the cake for what turned out to be a wonderful property which made a great base for our holiday
