If you'd prefer to bask in the sunshine, set the bistro table, made for an alfresco affair, or on cooler evenings, flick on the electric fire and cosy up upon the plush sofa.
When sleep calls, select between two double bedrooms, awakening to a refreshing shower, ahead of your exploration.
For your nearest amenities, head into Dartmouth, where you can stock up on the essentials and dine out at a plethora of eateries, before touring Dartmouth Museum, or visiting Dartmouth Harbour overlooking the River Dart, where you can people-watch and take in your coastal surroundings.
Head to the National Trust grounds of Little Dartmouth for further vistas, or for a day at the seaside, be sure to explore Blackpool Sands, resting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This is the third time we visited this property and to say we were disappointed is an understatement.
We had to move the bed to get our dogs bed in as we always did but the amount of dust and dirt that came with it was awful. There were cobwebs often on the lights in the lounge. The lamp in the lounge lamp had blown and no replacement there was 1 for the other wall light. The shower did not drain properly and you ended up paddling whilst showering. The door into property needed to be lifted to closed. The key ring for the door key was unsafe as unraveling had to put tape around it. Blinds at bedroom window no longer fit properly so you can see in from the outside we ended up taping paoer to the glass so we weren’t seen undressing and sleeping. The cooking tray for the oven I wouldn’t even leave outside for wildlife to eat from. The bt cable above property has shed so much it constantly hits the roof when windy. We left a day early so we could get some sleep. This used to be such a lovely getaway property hence our third visit. I’m so disappointed that standards have slipped so much. General maintenance and cleanliness seems to have gone.
Wonderful place to stay, we really enjoyed our week there.

Everything you would need for self catering is there. Perfect location if you want to explore Devon. I wouldn’t ask for more. The only downfall was that there wasn’t WiFi connection throughout our stay which wasn’t expected.
