A beautiful lodge in a superb location for visiting north Devon.

Everything spot on from the beds to the pots. One of the best I have stayed in.

Lovely clean and well equipped lodge on a quiet site, had everything you could need and was well located for a holiday exploring this beautiful area.

The depot restaurant next door was a great place to have a drink and eat. Highly recommend.

Serenity Sunset is a lovely lodge.

Beautifully furnished, lovely decor and with beautiful quality linen. It’s extremely well equipped and very welcoming. The standard of cleanliness was very high. It’s perfectly positioned to allow for exploring other areas of North Devon. It is very clear that the owners, Sam & Jon, have given a lot of thought into ensuring that visitors have a wonderful time - including the ‘welcome gifts’. We cannot recommend Serenity Sunset highly enough and went home having made some lovely memories. We certainly hope to return again!! Liz & Phil Stokes

Excellent location very well equipped lodge spotlesley clean and easy check in procedure, Mullacott is a very well maintained park with shop/bakery and pub/restaurant with ample parking beside lodges centrally located for all beaches, golf/horse riding/shooting/quad biking all within 1 mile radius,we have been to this park for the last 4 years and will keep on coming Thank you Sam and Jon for a lovely break.

Perfect location for visiting the surrounding area, homely, very clean and beautifully presented.

Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The host contacted us on our first morning to check that everything was OK and replied to any queries straight away. Thanks Sam and Jon

Superb lodge, very spacious and very clean.

A lot of nice little extras too, e.g fans in most rooms for hot weather, tea cloths, dishwasher tabs and a few extra cleaning products all available. Beds were very comfortable. All the above made for a very enjoyable stay.

We have just spent a lovely week in Serenity.

Sunset. The lodge is beautifully decorated has extremely comfortable furnishings and feels very welcoming. The lodge is very well equipped with anything you need for an easy stay. Situated to make easy access to exploring the area makes life easy. It is also has a lovely green area for dogs early walk. Well worth giving this lodge a chance.

This lodge was luxurious and so comfortable in every way.

The furnishings were beautiful, and the little touches made it stand out from all the rest.Contact from the owners was much appreciated, which came via a text a couple of days into our stay to check all was well. Attention to detail was very noticeable. I was so amazed by each and every room. I even had a sea view from one of the sofas. The beds were so comfortable too. Just an amazing lodge.

We stayed in the beautiful lodge for a week and it was perfect it’s well equipped with everything you can need very spacious the extra touches go along way the lodge is in a very good area nice a peaceful you could see the sea on a good day it’s all very clean and tidy the Wi-Fi was excellent we would definitely be booking to stay here again and would highly recommend you too our friends and family

Although we had to leave early the lodge was fabulous clean and comfortable .

The welcome was lovely so nice to find a dog friendly accommodation that wasn’t covered with wooden flooring for a change

Lovely lodge, spacious and clean.

Park has everything that you need and is lovely and quiet. Will definitely be back again! Owners were also amazing and kept in contact throughout the week when needed.

After returning for a second holiday this year to Serenity lodge we have enjoyed our stay again Enormously so much so we are hoping to return again around Easter time next year my wife and I can’t praise this property enough in every way The owner Samantha must be very proud many thanks again Mr and Mrs emery

Absolutely beautiful lodge a real home from home.

Super comfy beds, very clean and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Samantha (the owner) was very polite and welcoming making sure we had everything we needed and knew how to get in touch if we needed to. All in all a lovely place to stay within easy reach of lots of places to visit.

We felt like we were in a home from home. The extras like the coffee machine, the chocolates brand new looking air fryer and the lovely towels were very much appreciated. This is a beautiful part of the world and the lodges location meant you were within easy reach of glorious beaches, lovely little harbours, welcoming pubs and restaurants. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay, the hosts got in touch to see if everything was ok and were easily contactable if we had any questions.

When we arrived there were some chocolates on the side which was a lovely touch. We look forward to going back for another stay.

Wow what a lovely surprise the lodge was light and airy the decor was just perfect table laid to perfection everything you need was there the beds comfy and pillows plump we all slept really well the site was really lovely as well amenities perfect plus a bonus the weather was good the little extra touches to the lodge made you feel really welcome it was a shame we had to come home the whole experience was really good if you want home from home this is it!

Upon arrival the lodge seemed ok.

It was on par with other lodges we've stayed in. However after being there a day we realised that there were a number of issues. The windows are extremely difficult to open and only one of us could open them. Particularly problematic in the bedrooms where (due to the hard mattresses and substandard pillows) we couldn't sleep. To compound that it was so stuffy in the night and we couldn't get the windows open. Very dangerous if there was a fire. The TV kept freezing every time a car or person went past. There was a sticky blue substance on the back of the bathroom door on arrival plus dog hair on two of the bedroom throws (more on this below). The bottom step to the lodge needs urgent attention as the side of it came off when my elderly mother came up the steps. It is a serious hazard. I wouldn't stay in this lodge again but would stay on the site as it's lovely. Since we came home we've now been charged £30 extra on our card for what they've called "excess dog hair". The lodge is advertised as dog friendly?? We spent two hours cleaning this lodge before we left and took photographs to support this. We are disgusted as the photos they sent to 'prove' this show white hair yet our dog is a short haired black lab?? Our dog was groomed before we came on holiday is is not a big moulter so we dispute this. Plus we used their hoover to vacuum the whole lodge before we left. We even stripped the beds for them and put the laundry in the bathroom. We are looking at our options regarding the £30 but would advise anyone with a dog not to use this lodge. We will not be booking again!
