Beautiful and spotlessly clean chalet.
Host got in touch before and on our arrival, to say hello and offer assistance and advice if needed. Chalet was very well equipped and very well maintained. Excellent shower. Very handy location for Bude and other beautiful areas on the North coast. Would definatly stay at number 8, The Park again.
The holiday was first class, however I emailed Sykes with a query regarding the booking and received no reply, hence the lower score for them as opposed to the stay and the property.
Better signposts to the property : At entrance a map of the park would be very help full.
Also a signpost giving the numbers to the property at the car park: i.e. numbers 20to30 this way. Apart from the above we found the property to be clean and a well appointed kitchen. the small bedroom was very cold and damp, plus the bushes outside need trimming as they rub against the window keeping you awake. The front door needs to be able to lock at night. The holiday was good. and we enjoyed the peace and quite.
