Lands End
Description
St Cleer 1.6 miles.
Nestled within the Rosecraddoc Holiday Village in Liskeard, Cornwall, is this charming, detached bungalow, Lands End.
Enjoying ground-floor living and a fantastic selection of on-site activities, including tennis and fishing, Lands End makes for a memorable getaway to Cornwall for the whole family.
Be welcomed into the living/dining room, where you can look forward to curling up on the plush leather sofa with your loved ones and enjoying a family film night on the TV.
Test out new recipes in the fully-functioning kitchen, as your guests uncork a bottle of wine and set the table.
Gather around the dining table to tuck-in to a delicious meal, as you toast to a wonderful holiday.
Indulge in refreshing shower as your towel warms on the heated towel rail nearby, before popping on your pyjamas and rustling up a mug of hot chocolate.
As your eyes grow heavy, retire to one of two well-presented bedrooms to catch your rest, a double and a twin.
Prepare for the day in style and try your hand at a game of tennis on the court adjacent to Rosecraddoc Manor or take advantage of the expansive fishing lake to find your catch of the day!
If you can tear yourself away, head to the quaint village of St Cleer, where you will find two welcoming pubs where you can treat your guests to a tasty pub lunch, a well-stocked convenience store for picking up any essentials and a beautiful Grade I listed church.
Just a short drive away is the market town of Liskeard, where you can brush up on the local history at one of two museums, Liskeard Museum and Stuart House or simply watch the world go by in the lush setting of Westbourne Gardens.
Surrounding the area is the scenic Bodmin Moor, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you can embark on an excellent selection of walking and cycling trails which offer incomparable views of the extensive countryside.
For a day at the beach, head to the coastal town of Looe, where you can beachcombe the shores of East Looe Beach, build sandcastles with little ones, or soak up the sun with your favourite book, followed by fresh fish and chips with the sand between your toes.
A wonderful getaway for anytime of the year, Lands End is the ideal base for touring the beautiful Cornish coast.

What guests are saying
Lands End was ideal for us as a couple.
Everything was as it should be, comfortable bed and everything we needed was there. The site was very well kept and very peaceful, We spoke to Julie who was very friendly and recommended a few places to go.
Directions to the property should indicate clearly which entrance to use, as it depends on which part of the site your Lodge is in.
There is one entrance on the main road, the other is down a narrow lane leading to Rosecraddoc Manor. Arrival arrangements were strange, with the keys being left in the back door. (Personal opinion - used to having key boxes) Take toilet roll with you as they only provide one roll. Lands End was a lovely comfortable bungalow, very clean and tidy, with excellent fixtures and fittings
We loved our accommodation at Lands End, everything you needed was in the cottage and it was lovely location Both the owners and their manager were very helpful when we had a couple of issues, resolved the same day .
Would highly recommend this property for a lovely holiday
