“As always we had a lovely stay at 4 pinewood retreat, the welcome pack on arrival is such a lovely thought, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk in the fridge so we didn't have to rush to the shops.”

Only one thing for the attention of the owner the push button on the toilet kept popping off so needs attention. Will definitely recommend.

“Had a fantastic stay at no.”

4. Loved the homeliness of the cabin and everything we needed was there. Swimming pool facilities and opening hours were great for my kid, as we could use it whenever we wanted, unlike most other places. The location was perfect for exploring the area! Lyme regis was 10 mins drive and Donkey Sanctury only 20. Very quiet and serene location. Lady on reception was lovely and helpful. Great welcome pack with some nice goodies and so nice of them to provide a small bottle of milk so we didn’t have to go to shops right away when we arrived! Very relaxing stay. Thank you!

“We enjoyed our stay, but more attention to detail is needed.”

On arrival the front balcony was covered in leaves and dust, all the windows were dirty and stained. Internally the dark pine showed up all the dust especially on the louvre doors in the bedrooms. Cobwebs in every room. Our holiday started with cleaning the balcony and windows and the rest of the above. We left the property in a better state than we arrived.

The lodge has too much furniture in it for the size also the lodge is differently not clean I had to spend the first 2 hours cleans not what you want when your on a holiday

“Staying at number 4 with the family was a joy, it was so peaceful there and the pool was a bonus, the only downside was the microwave was rusty inside and after using the Iron on the last day, I received quite a big shock from the electrics whilst switching off from the plug.”

We enjoyed having the pool close to the property. Plenty of things to do in the area and local pubs for evening meals. The welcome pack was a nice touch. The only draw back was that we thought it a little expensive.

We love to come here and visit Lyme Regis. The cabin was very clean and made a very homely, comfortable base for our stay. The site was very quiet, just as we hoped and the pool was the icing on the cake! We will certainly return again in the future. Thank you for a most enjoyable staycation x

Number 4 was comfortable, cozy and clean. Perfect for a family. We couldn’t be more happy with the relaxed and peaceful environment at the retreat. The location was excellent, Lyme Regis was beautiful and the Jurassic coast was breathtaking. The swimming pools and lounge area at the retreat were the icing on the cake. The lounge, kitchen, and dining areas flow seamlessly together, creating a sociable hub for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The master bedroom features a double bed with fitted storage, blackout blinds, and a wall-mounted TV for those lazy mornings, while the second bedroom offers twin beds perfect for children or additional guests.

The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, wash basin, and WC. Outside, a small wooden veranda with outdoor seating invites you to unwind with a cup of tea as you take in views of the landscaped communal gardens.
