    “Stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding close by, wish we stayed longer.”

    Lovely and peaceful surroundings. Lodge was absolutely perfect for our needs, super clean, comfy bed and the outdoor spa was a huge hit with us all. We are back in Australia now but we would love to visit again next time we are in the uk

The open-plan living space is uplifted by natural light and offers a space for all to come together and enjoy family time.

Take the evening outside and enjoy alfresco dining from the patio furniture before relaxing under the stars in the hot tub.

Hittisleigh is a small, rural hamlet set in mid Devon, located a couple of miles north of the A30 between Exeter and Okehampton. The hamlet is home to the Parish Church of St Andrews, built in the early medieval time with many later historic features such as reputedly the oldest church bells in Devon. Three miles away lies the hamlet of Whiddon Down, home to a fine pub, whilst further afield is the market town of Okehampton, where visitors can explore the ruins of Okehampton Castle, a prominent landmark and testament to the town’s medieval past, or explore several galleries and workshops that celebrate the creativity of local artists. The spectacular Dartmoor National Park is easily accessible and boasts a myriad of walking and hiking trails, spanning through unspoiled countryside and local wildlife.
