Foxglove Lodge

Our stay at Foxglove Lodge was absolutely fantastic from the warm meet and greet on arrival to the final farewell on departure day.

The accommodation was very spacious, comfortable, clean, Modern and very well maintained. We had a slight problem with the Hot Tub Switch but this was dealt with straight away with a new switch replaced, this was a pleasant surprise. The owners could not have done anything more to make our stay any better. Thank you Both.

An amazing lodge with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Gary and Gemma were both lovely and answered any questions we had, even bringing us fans during the heatwave - amazing hosts. The lodge itself was spacious, Modern and the views were incredible with the hot tub being a welcome luxury. I would definitely stay here again , a really lovely holiday and a great base to explore Devon. We enjoyed our visit to the Finch Foundry and Lyford gorge (both national trust) and Dartmoor national park was beautiful. Amazing stay

Great cabin, can’t fault it!

The lodge was beautiful and surrounded with the most breathtaking scenery, what a find!

!! We saw 2 deer outside outside of our lodge grazing which was such a treat, there were walks through the forest a stone throw away. It was the perfect stay, we would highly recommend foxglove lodge. Gary met us and showed us around the lodge taking time out of his busy schedule, he was the perfect host. Thank you we will be returning next year.

Foxglove Lodge was excellent in every way.

Clean, very comfortable and well appointed, the autumnal decorations on the table were a lovely touch as were the sweets in the Halloween jar. Loved the log burner and unlimited free logs, and the hot tub topped it all off. We had an amazing time and the owners couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you! The only very minor criticism we have is there was no blind or curtains on the bifold doors but this did not affect our stay.

The cabin was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. Everything you need and beautiful location. We will go back.

Great lodges.

with fantastic views .lodges are very clean comfortable and stylish .with everything you need .they have thought of everything .owners are very friendly and helpful. Well situated for visiting the coast .will definitely be coming back

Had a very nice stay with my friend at foxglove lodge.

Very comfy beds, and a super view. Owner was very nice and helpfull. Only would recoment some more hooks in de kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. And maybe in time some washing facility's, like a washer, or at least a laundry rack to hang up some wet stuf.

Everything fine apart from one very small thing.

The TV was fixed to the wall at a VERY high level, giving people a stiff neck having looking up so high. I hope this is something the owners feel comfortable in doing.

One of the most beautiful lodges we have stayed in would love to return any time and the owner/management are extra helpful and always on hand if you need help or information about the area.

Amazing lodge, location and host.

Really couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. Many thanks Gary. My boys having a once in a life time experience of a tank ride was the icing on the cake. We will be back.

Lovely stay at Foxglove Lodge for a family holiday.

Nicely decorated new lodge with plenty of space and nice having three toilets and two showers. We loved the hot tub and lovely countryside views. The owners even brought out a football goal for our sons which was nice. We did day trips to seasides in Devon, Dorset and Cornwall. Would love to return.

Beautiful lodge in amazing surroundings and only a 10 minute drive to Dartmoor.

Perfect for a family holiday and a top of the range hot tub at disposal. Boys loved walking in the woods, seeing deer & using the rope swing over the river. Strongly recommend

We had a brilliant stay at Foxglove Lodge.

It is situated in a beautiful location with great views and is amazingly quiet. The lodge was much bigger than expected, it had everything we needed. It was lovely and warm especially with the wood burner light. We enjoyed the hot tub. We highly recommend the lodge.
