“Not clean at all, starting with kitchen, cooking oil was left all over on cooker, frying pan was greasy, kitchen tap needs to be replaced, very hard to open and close, so many times hot water burnt us.”
Sofas: might as well just sit on the floor. When sit in the sofa, you go down to the floor anyway. Bedroom: mattress should have been changed long ago, not a single good night sleep. Dust and dirt gathered in all corners, like never been broomed or mopped. Wash room sink is so small that, it hard to wash one hand in it and there's no tap in shower area. If you just want wash you face, you still have to take clothes off to get into shower. Cabin is in a good location
I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I have checked the areas of concern
as I take your comments seriously. I cannot find faults with the armchairs,
mattress, taps, sink or shower. The water temperature is set to normal
temperatures and the taps allow mixing to desired temperatures. The cleaning
regime was carried out and the floors vacuumed and steam cleaned as usual.
Again I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.
