The lodge is luxurious, modern and spacious with wrap around decking and views over its own large garden, which is very private, edged with mature trees and a fully fenced duck pond.
The open-plan living space is the social hub of the lodge, bursting with natural light and a charming sitting area with sofa, armchair, bookshelves and a TV with Netflix.
Behind lies a contemporary kitchen, kitted out with everything you will ever need, sure to inspire home-cooking.
Take a seat at the breakfast bar or prepare the dining table for a larger feast.
French doors lead out to the wrap around decking with furniture for alfresco dining and quality wooden sunbeds for when the weather is in your favour.
Opposite the dining area is a separate partitioned study area with large desk, chair, bookshelves & floor to ceiling window overlooking the garden, perfect for catching up on emails or losing yourself in a good book.
Across the internal hallway are the bedrooms, including a king-size and twin, each with dressing areas, wardrobe space and en-suite facilities.

The site is peaceful and wooded with shop, outdoor pool and children’s pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, football pitch, basketball court, outdoor table tennis, children's adventure playground and dog paddock where you can let your pooch off the lead.
Just a short drive away is the characterful town of Wimborne, home to a selection of independent shops, a supermarket, restaurants, cafés, bars and the Tivoli Theatre.

What guests are saying
The Owls Nest Luxury Lodge was a huge disappointment to us.
On entering the lodge we were met with a awful smell.A blocked toilet with human waste was the cause.Did not get resolved until the next day. There was lack of cleaning in the kitchen, dirty cooker shelves, kitchen floor and toaster full of crumbs.Outside decking and paving not clean and covered in leaves and rubbish. The owners response was there was other toilets to use and could not be seen as a problem.the don’t care attitude of owner says everything
When we arrived everything looked perfect.
Then the trouble started. Sunday evening we ran out of gas. Monday we reported this and a man came around to put in a new gas bottle. There must have been an air lock as we had no hot water until Monday 10.30 am when we reported this again. So we could then have a shower!!!! The toilet in the shower room was broken, my son had to turn off the water supply to it would not stop filling I tried to phone you to report this but you expected me to fill in a questionair !! I do not think so. What could have been a lovely holiday was spoilt by these issues
Really enjoyed staying at Owls Nest again, and once again we had a lovely break.
Comfortable, spacious, cozy, and very clean internally, but bedding could have been much better – comfier pillows and nicer bedding that looked freshly washed and ironed would have been appreciated. Outside was a nice corner plot, but some preparation work was needed – paths and decking were dirty and needed cleaning, and autumn leaves needed clearing away from paths and steps for safety. A problem with the electricity tripping caused us issues due to a faulty dishwasher, and we had to identify the cause ourselves and isolate the problem appliance. This could have left us with no electricity at all, and we would have had to vacate the property completely. It took two days for an electrician to check the property – we should have been able to get help immediately on site. A bees’ nest at the front of the property also made it difficult to sit or eat outside at the front – we did report this.
