“Placed in a quiet location on a well looked after site , comfortable & well equipped lodge however a number of small criticisms,loose rugs used to “protect “ carpet a trip hazard especially leading to bedrooms ,information folder did not include WiFi password ( I obtained from reception) hob extract fan light not working fan only works on lower settings.”
Outdoor furniture disappointing only 2 comfortable armchairs,3 dining chairs 1 damaged/unuseable (reception informed) parasol base not in use on arrival however found in very untidy shed

I’m sorry that you find rugs a potential trip hazard, this has never been an issue before, but we will ensure they are fixed. We don’t actually use them to protect the carpet, they are for added comfort & ambience, the very large feature rug coordinates with the furnishings & adds warmth & cosiness to the room. If you had let us know about the fan & broken chair during your stay, we would have immediately repaired & replaced. Unfortunately we live a long distance away, so cannot regularly check appliances, so rely on people letting us know.
I’m sorry you found the shed untidy, but it’s not normally used by guests!
