There were only 2 mugs in the property (for 4 people).
The dishwasher door was unstable and fell open on a number of occasions.
Intermittent fault on toilet cistern(repeorted).
It could have been cleaner (many of the dishes/pans were dirty), and there were splashes on the paintwork in kitchen and bathroom.
Very helpful and fast response when the wifi dropped(thank you ).

The mugs were removed as they were stained and should have been replaced immediately — my team apologised profusely for the oversight. I’ve also booked the dishwasher and WC in for attention, and I appreciate you bringing these to our attention.
