Loved every second will book again 100%.
We all had great time wonderful time, great retreat for my service dog to relax, lots fun walks lived the stream Tania
The hut was perfect in every way - and I’m so sad to leave such a comfortable bed.
The only slight negatives were - it was very hard to find (what 3 words took you to farmhouse) the bridge is overgrown so we drove over it several times without realising. The track to the hut is very hard going and would not be suitable for all vehicles so this should be made more clear. It was extremely hot in the hut so a fan would have been useful and maybe a washing line to dry towels after a beach day would be a useful addition (like a camping fold away one) . But this did not detract from such a beautiful setting. The wildlife was amazing- I enjoyed my morning coffee outside watching butterflies, listening to crickets and spying squirrels in the trees. Beautiful and unique experience I won’t forget.
We loved staying in the Oak Shepherd hut.
It was so cute, and was decorated so thoughtfully! It had everything we needed for our stay. We were lucky with the weather so we could enjoy the outside area, eating at the table. It was so quiet and peaceful. It is in a great location for exploring the Jurassic coast. Thank you.
