Outside, the property features a spacious gravel seating area complete with a fire-pit, ideal for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the serene surroundings.

Set within private woodland, this area provides a lovely spot for taking leisurely walks through bluebells and primroses, enjoying a picnic by the stream, or observing the local wildlife, including deer, pheasants, and various woodland birds. If you’d rather not cook, a quick drive will bring you to The Hunters Lodge Inn, a 16th-century coaching inn pub at Raymonds Hill that operates seven days a week. If you venture a bit farther, you'll find Lyme Regis with its beaches and the historic Cobb harbour. The sandy beach is perfect for swimming or relaxing in the sun, while those seeking a more active beach day can try paddleboarding or embark on a boat trip from the Cobb harbour to take in the breath-taking Jurassic coast from the water.
