Tower Hut

I loved it warm & cosy.

Hot water and cosy towels. I would have given it a 5* if you had a book to say how you turn up the heating and the radiator in the bathroom. Please change the key box for a simple one, I called the caretaker who sent her son to open the safe. It was raining and I'm 70. But I will come again . With an instruction book I'd pay more

Enjoyed my stay here.

It is a nice, well finished accommodation, and quite quiet. It was clean and has close options for food if self catering. Don't expect a huge amount of space (it is not a Tardis), but plenty for one and cozy for two.

The cabin was very 2nd class.

The bed was covered with a dirty grey cover but quite comfortable. I did feel that the oven and hob could have had instructions on use. A television should have been installed. I would not like to visit again. Sorry this could have been a better accommodation. Rona

On arrival to tower hut for are week stay we found it not to be what we expected For something so small it was a bit neglected Cobwebs inside and out the smell inside was absolutely disgusting One of the blinds was broken so we couldn’t lift it to let in some light the bed with a dull grey quilt cover looked like it had already been slept in We had left over toilet paper and kitchen roll the shelves were very sticky especially top shelf near cooking counter The outside had a small bistro table to sit up to but no shade and a black wooden bench that was in the corner of the garden and was on its side To make things even worse we had to return home 4 days early as my husband became very poorly we was both covered in insect bites too For something so small It wouldn’t have taken much effort for this to be cleaned .

My biggest problem during this stay was the lack of communication at every point from the owners.

I called and messaged on several occasions and was met with radio silence. For example, it took 40 minutes to unlock to key safe because there were no clear instructions on how to open it just the code. Furthermore, there was a severe lack of instructions throughout the property itself. We were unable to use the oven/microwave because of this. The shower as well was difficult to figure out and couldn't get the top bit of it to work at all. The shower was also difficult to get back out of. Overall the property itself is a good property but the lack of any form of communication, even written instructions, really but a tarnish on the experience

Had a lovely week in the Isle of white in this stunning shephards hut, nicely decorated and comfortable, had a little issue getting in but spoke to the lovely owner and it was resolved straight away, gate could do with a handle but looks fairly newly built so might be one in the future other than that a real little gem that we would idealy recommend and would like to go back to in the future, Place is easy to find litterally 10mins away from fishbourne ferry port beach not far, plenty of attractions cant go wrong Thankyou owners for letting us stay in your lovely accomodation 5*****s from us

Had a lovely stay, the place was well equipped, clean and comfortable, instructions for finding it were clear and the location was great but I feel there could have been a couple more basic amenities available.

There were salt and pepper grinders in the kitchen with nothing in them, cooking oil would have been handy and maybe soap in the shower as well as at the sink, but none of this detracted from our stay

Property closely located near beautiful APPLEY BEACH. The Hut itself is beautifully decorated and contained all necessary equipment for self-catering holiday. Really pleased with it all. Would definitely go back there in future! Highly recommended.

A lovely hut, very tastefully decorated and well equipped.

Secluded garden perfect for dog. Key holder very difficult to use, had to get help. Thought there would be TV as mentioned on one listing, and Sykes listing said "read a book or watch a film". Advice on recycling would be useful.

A beautiful Shepard's hut and everything we hoped for!

Private and secure garden, perfect for our dogs. Facilities were excellent - lovely touch with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back.
