What guests are saying

We had a beautiful caravan with a hot tub.

It was in a nice area of the park, quiet and well kept. The caravan was clean and had all the facilities. The mattress however was of poor quality and incredibly soft. Only one of us could sleep on it the other was on the sofa for the week. Unfortunately the site couldn’t do anything so Not ideal. The facilities were hit or miss, the indoor pool had lots of hair in it and the water looked Grimm so we gave it a miss. The arcade was good value for money. The entertainment was ok for size of the park. They had zen den which for autistic kids would have been amazing unfortunately there was a miss communication with the office and their security and they wouldn’t let us use it when my daughter had a meltdown in the evening. As my daughter found the entertainment so overwhelming we stopped going after the first night so didn’t use the zen den. The site is nice, and hayling island did not disappoint not sure if we would return as I don’t think my back could take the beds.
