A wonderful property in a prime location just over the road from a lovely sandy beach.

The inside is well configured to make maximum use of the space. We particularly appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine, not usually available in similar properties. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This was my 5th stay at Little Beach and I've already booked to return in September.

It's my "home from home" I love the accommodation and the location in Seaview. Very peaceful too.

This was my second stay in Little Beach.

It is superbly equipped, very clean and location superb. A stay out of season may be disappointing. I stayed when the temperature outside was 7 to 12 Centigrade, when it was 6 or 7 I decided to curtail my stay as the heating did not provide a comfortable temperature! This was with 2 mobile radiators on ( not hot enough) and the wall bedroom heaters (pathetic) also on. If the temperature were to be near freezing it would be completely unacceptable. Since my first stay, the TV has been replaced (excellent!) and the information folder enhanced (pity it had been hidden in the toy chest!?) So, it’s a great place to stay but only in the warm months! The owner showed real concern about my stay but he had been told I booked for 7 nights did you charge me for 7, I wanted 6 and stayed for 5!

The property appeared clean on the surface when we arrived, but as we began to unpack, we found: Food storage drawer was dirty; bedside drawers contained hair of all varieties (!

) - and were very dirty; bathroom cabinet had spillages from previous guests. The saucepans and casserole came complete with food residue, as did the cutlery. Floor was dirty. The description says the chalet has a sea view. There is no sea view from inside the chalet, though if you are tall enough and go outside onto the decking, there is a tiny glimpse of sea visible over the sea wall. Given how small the property is, there are more chairs than necessary just taking up space. This resulted in a few bruises. All in all, not a place we would visit again - we were not sad to leave it at the end of our stay.

Very quiet clean easy walk to the local pubs, cafe and restaurants We had a lovely time would definitely stay again.

Very dissatisfied this time it was lovely last year but tv was not working shower flooded into bedroom, single quilts need replacing

Lovely property in a great location with the sea to one side and the nature reserve to the other.

In general very good and very well presented bungalow. Bedrooms were a little snug and we did encountered some occasional problems with the internet signal for viewing the tv but other than that really enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely chalet, very clean, brilliant location.

Heating inadequate for a winter stay. No handbooks to help operate the bedroom radiators, the oven, the hobs or microwave. Asked maintenance assistance they found switches to radiators after some time but they could not fix the intermittent TV signal as the coaxial socket in the wall has been damaged. The tap in the kitchen supplies only a trickle of hot water compared to the bathroom.My opinion of my stay has been reduced by these unnecessary problems.

We loved it and have booked for next year, just the hot tap in kitchen does not run properly.

Loved Seaview

This is a beautiful cottage in a great location.

Probably best for two adults and two young children. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage on sea front everything you needed was in cottage and more, beautiful and clean a home from home .

Would highly recommend a stay here ,very quiet and peaceful in beautiful surroundings , definitely stay here again

A great little holiday chalet exactly as described.

We loved the location right by the beach and were impressed by how well it was fitted out to maximise space. Seaview is a great location and we loved the property.
