    “Arrived 3 days late.”

    On arrival there was no heating or hot water. A quick walk to reception and they sent somebody around and sorted the problem.

As you didn’t have phone or internet connection, as you were a few sats late for arrival, I don’t think yo’d had our message to let us know when you knew when you’d arrive, with the aim of checking heating turned up. We got this sorted within 30 minutes and we are pleased you enjoyed our caravan and your stay. Hope to see you again. I am not sure why you gave a lower score for accuracy of listing. As you know, we texted each other as we sought to help you on a matter and you did not mention this and said that you were very pleased with the caravan and wish to come back. The city of Chichester dates back to before Roman times and is mentioned in the Domesday Book as having 300 dwellings.
