Cape 12 is a lovely, single-storey holiday home situated near the coastal town of Yarmouth on the scenic Isle of Wight with an open-plan living space.

Newport 11.1 miles; Ryde 17.7 miles.

West Bay Club

West Bay Club consists of four, holiday homes resting just outside the wonderful town of Yarmouth on the picturesque Isle of Wight. Offer guests handy open-plan living spaces and private decked areas for sitting in the sun these wonderful homes are not to be missed. Venture out and begin with The Needles Landmark Attraction and SkyPark for panoramic views of the island’s iconic cliffs, or delve into history at the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu, home to an impressive collection of classic and modern vehicles. Nature lovers will enjoy Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway, a 200-acre site filled with seasonal blooms and a delightful miniature railway. Families will appreciate Tapnell Farm Park, offering animal encounters, indoor play areas, and outdoor activities. You can also take a ferry to Hurst Castle, a historic fortress with spectacular views across to the mainland. For those who enjoy walking, the National Trust-managed Needles Headland & Tennyson Down offers wide open spaces and scenic coastal paths. YARMOUTH

Newport 12 miles; Ryde 18 miles.

The attractive seaside town of Yarmouth is the oldest town on the Isle of Wight, and its busy harbour is a haven for all kinds of watercraft, with the terminal used for regular mainland ferry crossings to Lymington. Yarmouth’s narrow streets are home to an attractive array of shops and inns, whilst a visit to Henry VIII’s castle is not to be missed. There's great cycling (and a cycle hire shop) and walking to be had along the coastal path. Why not take an energetic stroll at the nearby Tennyson Down and Headon Warren. Sandhard beach is 15 minutes' walk away, with Colwell Bay with its sandy beach and amenities for the family 7 minutes away by car. Yarmouth's pier and sailing club jetty is another good spot for crabbing. Four miles away is Compton Bay, famous for dinosaur remains; head there at low tide and see if you can find the two enormous three-toed feet. West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Yarmouth is an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful island.
