Pam and Alan were so lovely, and so was the farm and all the animals to walk around and visit. Pam greeted us on entry and showed up around, and even gave us a bottle of wine and some shortbread which was very much appreciated! We enjoyed wandering the farm in the evenings, saying hello to all the animals and listening to the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and there was enough room for two of us and our dog. The property was a great distance from everywhere we wanted to visit, and the weather (although couldn't be planned) really showed up for us. The only things that could have been improved would be a slightly more comfortable sofa and bed, and maybe a window for when you're cooking, however none of this took away from our 5 star stay at the Kingfisher.
