Enjoyed our stay.

The property would benefit from having more crockery as there was not enough to fill the dishwasher so we had to keep washing up by hand. Also would benefit from having new knives as they were absolutely blunt. WiFi was really bad TV kept buffering making it nearly impossible to watch.

Great cabin only thing that let it down was WiFi speed / connectivity.

Very comfortable and cozy Lodge with excellent location and closeness to Southern Lake District.

The Lodge was large and had a sun trap verandah ( yes! The weather was great!)You can easily rest in the Lodge or enjoy days out to well known areas of the Lake District. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

It was a beautiful lodge and we loved it except a few little things which is why I haven’t given full 5 stars.

The coat hanger came off the hallway wall as soon as we shut the door. Cleanliness- there was pink/orange mold in the fridge which suggests that the fridge was cleaned. The double bed was fine but the twin begs had lots of hair on them. WiFi - tv was connecting fine to internet, but any other device will connect to WiFi but not internet. My iPad connected to internet only after I switched off the tv. Seems like bandwidth issue or restrictions on no of devices connecting. Except these, the stay was comfortable and we will definitely return. The patio and living room were bigger than expected. Decking was clean n furniture were comfy. The bed was very comfy too.

This was our third visit to Robin Lodge and it was just as great as our first one.

It is so comfortable and homely, very clean and good quality furnishings - we love it here and will no doubt be back again!

Made good use of the Log burner which made the lodge feel cozy especially on the cold and frosty evening’s. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Lovely stay and very comfortable lodge.

The lodge was very well equipped to make it a lovely break.

A little tricky to find due to the sign being in need of some paint.

However, once there it is a lovely lodge with plenty of room and all the facilities that you would wish to have. Its a 15 minute walk into Cartmel with some lovely pubs, restaurant's and shops. We did experience an issue with one of the toilets and the patio door, but they were dealt with straight away. We would definitely recommend Robin lodge if you are looking for a peaceful break!

Robin lodge surpassed our expectations it was like a home from home.

Very comfortable stay at Robin Lodge during a very wet week.

Not the easiest to find initially but once in, very spacious accommodation with all mod cons. Not a lot within walking distance - about 3/4 mile walk to Cartmel so a car is needed. Would recommend.

First time staying at Robin lodge and it was every thing they said lots of room very comfortable loved staying there would definitely recommend it the park was nice and quiet just right would definitely stay again in the future

A small area around the top of the bath panel needs new sealant.

Otherwise a fabulous Lodge for a holiday. Very peaceful and lovely to see so many birds in the garden. The site is brilliant. We had a great holiday.

Was a lovely well equipped lodge host was nice let us in early.

Very quiet on site .plenty of parking space.site would benefit if had a shop & pub .plenty of eating out places in cartmel which was a short drive away or walk if u fit person .would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Faboulous lodge on a quiet site just a mile from Cartmel which is walkable Lodge was very comfortable and well equipt the hosts go above and beyond to make sure we wanted for nothing during our stay.

Definately a one to return to for a future stay

The garden is not dog friendly , no gate , gaps in hedges , not secure for dogs .

The lodge was great we had a wonderful 6 days , the weather was a big factor . Cheers paul

It was so pretty, clean and spacious. Great position to get to all the areas we wanted to visit. A nice walk into Cartmel. We would most definitely recommend it.

It serves as a great base for the surrounding area and was always a pleasure to come back to, after a day's exploring. First class in all aspects.

The lodge had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We enjoyed watching the birds around the bird table and feeders in the garden until the hooligan magpies broke the feeders

We have holidayed with Sykes for some years now and Robin Lodge is right up there as one of the best.

Spectacular location and property with the village of Cartmel just a short walk away. Weather very mixed from red hot to monsoon!! Thanks again Collette we will be back again soon hopefully.

This cabin was lovely well maintained very comfy like home from home.

only thing was not enough pans but that is nothing really plenty of utensils.The owner Collette was lovely give us lots of information. weather was against us but did not let it spoil our stay would recommend to family and friends.like to thank Collette for letting this lovely cabin hope we can come again Jack Lynne and our Husky Gracie x

Lovely lodge, in a peaceful location.

Short walk into the beautiful Cartmel. Lots of local walks then back to the log fire, and the large corner bath, total bliss.

This is a very well equipped lodge.

Really did have everything we could have wanted inside with a beautiful balcony. The garden was lovely but not fully enclosed so had to keep our dog on a lead when in it which was a shame. It is in a great location, walkable to Cartmel and Allithwaite. Really quiet with nature all around you.

.. there was plenty of room for us all. It was clean and the furniture was of high quality. You have your own little outside area which you are not overlooked by anyone. I have stayed at other lodges at this park but this one was my favourite.

Great communication with the owners prior to my stay. Arriving later on Friday, whilst dark and to be welcomed with a warm lodge, milk in the fridge and all extras such as coffee/tea, washing tablets, wood and kindling for the fire etc made it a home from home stay. Will certainly return again.

This was our second relaxing stay in the lovely Robin Lodge.

It’s a hidden gem set in a really peaceful spot, with lovely walks very nearby to Cartmel and Allithwaite. Day visits by car are easy to Windermere, Ambleside, Hawkshead, Kendal, to name a few. The host is amazing and so very helpful. Can highly recommend.

Quiet, tranquil location as advertised. Couldn't find fault. I would highly recommend and we plan to return soon.

Had a wonderful four night stay at Robin Lodge with friends and would definitely return.

Can not fault it at all, it is cosy, clean and warm,well equipped in a very well maintained and quiet park. The lodges are all set in their own private areas with parking. You do need a car though as Cartmel and Allithwaite the nearest places to eat are within walking distance but are on unlit and narrow roads. Do friendly too, it is a perfect retreat.

Absolutely everything you could need provided. Made for a relaxing holiday. The location and setting lovely and yet near enough to get to a lot of interesting places. The owners were on hand to help with any little difficulties, if any occur.

We were delighted with the accommodation and all the facilities provided.

The cottage was in quite a private location, surrounded by a natural garden, which supported wildlife, particularly birds. We wouldn't hesitate to book this cottage again.
