Hello Richard, Thank you for your feedback it was appreciated. Your comments have been duly noted. As you experienced the Lodge and every item inside and out are brand new. The outside dining table is in fact an adjustable height table allowing guests to raise and lower for coffee or Evening meals. There is a process to ensure the table is raised and lowered securely, We will been ensuring to our future customers this is clearly made available, we have the manufacturers diagrammatic drawing showing that process. I think we will place that underneath the glass table top. We will have the window re-checked for ease of opening and compliance , Once again thank you , and hope to see you again Regards
