What guests are saying
Great pet friendly lodge.
... furniture a bit dated but you expect that in person friendly lodges. Lodge was clean throughout with comfy bed which looked like a new mattress. There has been previous messages of no cutlery and we thought the same however the owner was contacted and it is in a drawer directly below the gas hob. Nice decking however glass could do with a clean and a couple of weeds on decking. All in a great stay in a nice lodge. The down side of the site is no shop and food times very bizarre and seems to close when it's quiet and as for the burger van only seeyit open twice in a week..... and we were at pub every day
Our first time coming here and was lovely place accommodation was ok just few things there was no cutlery no tin opener hole in door in twin room hoover over heats but overall was lovely
Lack of coat hangers, no cutlery quite disappointed with the acomendation just needs a bit of tlc damaged walls ,looked like someone had punched the bathroom door, my 80 year old mum had stayed in the accommodation and I was very disappointed overall .
Just needs a bit of a refresh and a bit of thought with the small touches.
