This property is just outside of both the Forest of Bowland National Landscape and the Yorkshire Dales National Park meaning you won't be short on panoramic views and picturesque sights of the country.

Your new home is a lovely little lodge boasting a smart open-plan living, kitchen, diner with everything one could need from a fully-fitted kitchen for preparing delicious meals to a spacious sitting area for relaxing in front of the Smart TV.

Adding to this, you also have your own private spot of decking with comfortable furniture for you to take in the exceptional views of the lake with a glass of wine in hand which is a must during the summer months.

Before hitting the hay, take a relaxing soak in the tub to help those aching muscles recover after all your countryside exploring.

CARNFORTH

Capernwray 2.4 miles; Lake District National Park 11.6 miles.

Located just off the M6 and 20 miles south of the scenic Lake District, Carnforth is the sort of place that everyone has heard of, and many desire to discover this hidden gem. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, it is close to absolutely everywhere! Other local attractions include Greenlands Farm Village for crafts, local produce, a play area, café and a garden centre. The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. It offers plenty of pleasant walks and opportunity to see local birds and wildlife in this fabulous area of Lancashire. Don't forget to visit the lovely old market town of Kirkby Lonsdale.
