The property

Positioned on South Lakeland Leisure Village in the village of Warton, Cumbria, is this charming holiday home, Number 10.

Enjoying a decking with furniture to dine alfresco in the sun and just outside the Lake District National Park this two-bedroom home makes a great base for a family of four and their furry friend.

Off-road parking greets you on arrival to make unloading a breeze, from here climb a handful of steps to reach the open-plan living space.

The contemporary kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catered stay, including an electric oven, gas hob, American fridge/freezer, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for a fuss-free clean.

When stomachs begin to rumble, gather at the elegant dining table to tuck-in or head out onto the decking to enjoy mealtimes with a view.

As the evening cools, retire to the sitting area, where you can relax and unwind with a bucket of popcorn as the Smart TV plays a family favourite.

After an action-packed day, look forward to a soothing soak in the bathroom or opt for a quick wash in the overhead shower.

Choose between bright and airy bedrooms, with a double with a Smart TV and an en-suite, as well as a twin bedroom, ideal for the younger ones.
