Situated on Limefitt Holiday Park in Troutbeck, Cumbia, is Fell Foot Lodge, a single-storey stylish dwelling.
Providing guests with access to on-site facilities, whilst acting as a gateway into Windermere and its abundance of attractions and national park hot spots; the lodge welcomes four guests, ideal for couples, friends, and families alike.
Use the open-plan living space as your social hub, contemporarily furnished with an electric fire, Smart TV, plush seating, large bay windows, and state-of-the-art appliances, where you can fulfil your self-catering needs and unwind.
Venture outside to the veranda to soak in the sunshine and toast to your getaway, before freshening up in the sleek bathroom; here you will find both a bath and shower, enveloped by marble effect files.
When sleep calls, rest in one of two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, both featuring light and airy interiors, ample storage, and TVs.
Come morning, head into Troutbeck to stock up on the essentials, before travelling towards the likes of Windermere and Ambleside, both prime locations within the Lake District National Park.
Enjoy scenic strolls alongside Stock Ghyll Force waterfall, aim to climb up Wansfell Pike, and visit Brockhole on Windermere for an afternoon of archery and golf, before reaching Wray Castle for a guided tour.
The World of Beatrix Potter is also within driving distance, along with Hill Top, both linked to the famous author's life and literature.
There's so much to see and do within Windermere, perfect for all types of visitors, including hikes upon Claife Heights, offering views across the parkland, Windermere Outdoor Adventure Centre, recommended for thrill-seekers, hoping to dive into the lake, and even Windermere Lake Cruises, offering the chance to tour 10.5 miles across the largest lake in England.

My husband and i had a wonderful time ,Lodge was in pristine condition ,spotless,and the neighbours on both side were lovely ,we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, so peaceful ,i would like to thank the owners for giving us this experience ,if all is well will definately book up for next year ,Hayburn was lovely as were the staff and food ,wee visits to the wee towns even a trip to Fleetwood and Blackpool wish we were still there .

highly recommend to friends & family. Park is a really quiet, tranquil location. Wonderful walks from holiday park. Great pub on site. Our dog loved the dog field & was delighted to find a stream too! Property was very clean & comfortable, and staff in reception extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Weather was not great (unlike rest of UK) but still bright enough to take our kayak out to surrounding Lakes.

Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge. The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.

Park Rules and Operations – Limefitt
All holiday parks are owned and managed by a separate company to ourselves. Lake District Lodge Holidays has no association with the owners of these parks or responsibility for the provision of services they offer. At certain times of year, there maybe a reduction in those services, which is outside of our control.
Commercial vehicles, caravans, camper vans, Hen or Stag parties are not permitted onsite. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not be left alone in the lodges at any point during your stay.
You will be staying on an operational holiday park, which means work may be undertaken from time to time by the park owners during your stay. Although Lake District Lodge Holidays will always try to inform guests in advance if something may impact on a stay and if we have prior knowledge. We cannot be held responsible or accept any liability for park operations of which are outside of our control and which we have no knowledge of.
Any issues relating to a stay at a privately owned lodge should be reported back through Lake District Lodge Holidays as the park are not responsible for managing the lodge or booking for private sublet guests during their stay.
Please note that the parks facilities are always subject to availability, and may be closed without notice, including over the Christmas and new year period, For the avoidance of doubt before booking, contact Park Dean Resorts about any communal site facilities you may wish to use, LDLH and the property owners cannot be held responsible for any site facilities that may be unavailable during your stay.
